I have received it, it's a cheap foundation. They cheat you with pre-autorazation and reply after 3 day. I asked to cancel order after I saw how much they charged. They replied after 3 days after it was shipped. Don't trust them about - oh, you pay only if you keep it. No! They charge you first all together with gifts they add to your parcel. And be careful, prices are in USD, not in CAD. I requested return and didn't get any reply. Trying to get my money back.
It seem like an easy process to figure out the correct color for my foundation. I guess I'll see once the product arrives, but I liked the way that they gave me a variety of options to determine what my skin color was. Not just looking at one model, but looking at several different, lighting in positions and things like that. I feel optimistic that we have determined the best color but we'll see.
Everything I've tried, I loved and I have subscriptions for 3 products! Foundation, concealer, and hair mask. Trying the mascara next! :)
Absolutely great customer service! The company reached out to me in regards to my satisfaction of my order. When I voiced that I thought my foundation was too light, they readily offered an exchange! The process was super easy and quick!

II Makiage is my go to! I love their foundation and mascara. I'm not a big makeup person, but for my oily skin and my short Asian lashes (only mascara I have found that really works). I will continue to be a lifetime customer!

All I actually ordered was a trial where I would pay around $12 for shipping and then if I liked the product, I would pay for the product. I thought the product looked great and really wanted to try it. Now I am so upset, I am told there is nothing they can do. I have to wait for the product to arrive and then send it back in order to get back my money. They lost a customer. I would have happily subscribed to a subscription for 3 bottles a year. Because I care for others, I leave this review as a warning to others.

I wanted to try this foundation I was seeing all the time on Facebook and I'm glad I did. I ordered it and am glad to pay what they are asking for, it's so light weight and airy. It still covers great! I will never go back, you can hardly tell I'm wearing makeup. I only did the foundation and I don't need a whole lot, if you have purple eye circles like I do then I would maybe add concealer to that. The foundation mostly covers my circles to where I am happy with it, although you can still tell that I have them. It's a great product, they also sent a free eyeliner pin and it's the best eyeliner I have ever used. I will definitely keep trying their products and advise you so to.
It took forever just for them to Ship my product to be delivered. I reached out to someone about why a label was created but not received after 7 days and they ignored the question and told me to use the tracking number. When I did finally I get it, I appreciated the coverage initially. It did seem a little more orange than what my tone is so I had to mix it with some concealer to try to get the right shade.
However I noticed that halfway during the day even though I primed my face and used setting spray, it looked like I didn't have any foundation on. I tried again this time without mixing the concealer and same thing.
So as far as the color matching I know that I could have sent it back and tried another color, but I didn't wanna keep waiting 2ish weeks for foundation.
And I want something with longer lasting, more full coverage.

It's a fraud. Saying pay for the shipping only and try it but then i was paying full amount. Also the shade was all wrong, the quality was really bad too! Please don't buy this online it's a big scam guys!
Easy and not at all stressful. I am always given a choice about what I want to add to my order and there is no problem if I don't want to add anything! I am never pressured to order more than I want to.
I love your mascara so I bought another one. No problem there. But when I tried to choose an eye shadow to go along with it, you were out of the brown shades I wanted. That is a bummer.
The questions were interesting and narrowing down the proper color choice was cool. When purchasing "try before you buy", there were so many forced options to trip me up, I could have easily accidentally made an unwanted purchase.
After the purchase, your website allows for add on purchases. It should be before I have added my credit card information. It's very misleading. I made a mistake of not hitting skip and it automatically added this order. I had to send an email to your customer service to cancel
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
