I use one pump of foundation a day. I have not even had the makeup for an entire month. The first week it asrrived I didn't use it so I could go through my current foundation. So I would say I have used it for about 14-16 days total. The makeup is already running out. I hope the different bottle that I ordered this time lasts longer. If not I will not be re-ordering for a third time.

The e-gift card code is not applicable in the item I want… and is restricted to item than I can yet before pay. Thus is a new brand to me and the foundation didn't work, so what is the use of it?
I also got a text saying that I can add any item I want with 29% off to my order in 5 minutes. Well, by the time I saw it, the time was past. I really don't think that it is fair to assume people holding their phone at all times to take any all-of-a-sudden offer.
I saw the ad of your company, and I was excited for a while. However, all these experiences made me feel like that special offers are not sinceré.
Their customer service is top notch. I needed to return something and they responded quickly with the return info and let me know when they received the package, then promptly credited it back to my credit card. No questions asked. I also liked the foundation, but it did not apply well on my over fifty skin. I would love for them to do just an over 50 line, I would definitely buy!
My first shipment was lost in the mail, and they replaced it right away. The second arrived but the shade is slightly off. They were also quick to respond to my exchange request, and are sending a new shade. It's hard to review the product just yet but I did like the coverage, matte finish, and weightless feel. So far, so good!

I ordered a try before you buy, took me a while to try as family was sick. Tried it was too yellow, they sent me another with their idea of my correct shade and that one I tried as soon as received but nope too dark, messaged them same day and now they cannot try one more time with a lighter shade. So now I am stuck with 2 Foundations that do not work for me. I am definitely not going to try again with them and better off going to a Sephora to have someone actually help me. Terrible customer service!

The worst company to deal with with fake "customer service" that only answer in fake pre written emails. Cannot call company. Tried to cancel my order 4 minutes after ordering when I found out i wasn't being sent a trial but a full sized product that I will be charged $81 for. And they took an extra $100 out of my account to hold for days. When I tried to cancel minutes later they said it was already processed and shipped. Impossible! Tried for days to get a real response and they refused to cancel it. Then was sent an email days later that it was just shipped then. They lied! And scammed me. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Easy ordering and match with the quiz. A fair amount of product for the price. Have placed an order for other products and very hopeful of the results promised.
I wanted to try it. They said it's gonna cost $5 for shipping only and then they charged me the full amount and then they said that I will get a refund when I try and send the foundation back. It's not fair to lie like this and get away with it.

I have purchased a lot of foundations, Mac, Dior, Chanel, and la prairie. You name it, however; none of those foundations compare to IL Makiage.
I have never experienced a great foundation like this one. It's full coverage and covers all hyperpigmentation, moles, spots, etc. The color matches the skin and stays on all day.
At times I forgot if I had makeup on.
I don't regret this investment at all.

Well I took the quiz in my living room, cloudy day but bright and they matched me with I woke up like this #130….then I read all pages of terms and decided to take quiz in bathroom with better lighting and got after party #100…so we shall see but I'm excited to see the results

I enjoyed doing the questionnaire, the site is easy to navigate. I also like the combination deals that were offered. I already use the makeup….the online match is incredible, I love it!
I have purchased foundation in the past, and it is great! I am hopeful that the skincare products, will be equally as impressive. My only experience is with foundation. Future reviews will need to be based on skincare product effectiveness.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
