I have been using the Woke up like this foundation for about a year now, and I truly love it. I also love their mascara. I've just ordered the power lift plumping cream to use as my primer. Looking forward to trying it out.
I received my package over the weekend, my package was not seal I was supposed to receive a free mascara according to my order.

First of all, I am NOT a foundation makeup kinda gal, until I found this product. I was very skeptical but when i applied this to my skin, I was pleasantly suprised. I purchased "Woke Up Like This" and it is truly amazing. Not only did it match my skin, it is lightweight and looks very natural. Yes, even in the sun when makeup stands out the most. Thank you so much for coming up with something that is just truly amazing. You have a lifelong customer in me.
The shade I bought was just a tad too dark for me and they made the process of getting the right shade incredibly easy! Love this brand
I absolutely love the site it's very easy to find what you need but what I don't like is that they don't have a phone number to contact someone and it takes so long for someone to get back through an email. I probably would buy more if I can actually speak to a customer service person on the phone..
While I like the products, I received one with no pump and for the life of me I cannot get anyone's attention to help me out with this. Yet in the meantime, I received about 10 marketing emails from them. Other times it wasn't this bad, but I am so disappointed and will probably not re-order certain items
EDIT: I have finally. Heard back from them and they had the nerve to say to me that since I ordered it on the 25th of December, I am not eligible for a refund. I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND...I asked to get a product that does not have faulty packaging whereupon I cannot use it. THIS IS THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THEM. IT IS HORRIBLE. I HAE NOW PAID OVER $100.00 FOR A FAULTY PRODUCT AND AFTER SENDING 5 EMAILS I WAS SUMMARILY DISMISSED AND TOLD...TOO BAD...THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD

There is not anything that I have tried from IL Makiage that I don't absolutely love! Everything is always perfect and tailored specifically for me. It's better than ever having to try to figure this out on my own.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
