Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. The tracking is worthless, it just states "it's on its way" with no expected date of arrival. I assume the 2 week trial begins after I receive it and not when I order it, but it seems very sketchy when it takes that long for delivery.
Have had a fantastic experience with Il Makiage. I'm absolutely loving the primer and the foundation- have had to do a couple exchanges, and they were seamless. Will buy again and again!

I've tried many brands of makeup but my first experience with the foundation was so good, I wanted to try other products. I can't stand products on my face that don't smell good but Il Makiage is the exception. First use of the face cream and my skin looks good already!

Not really happy with the product as it really didn't give me enough coverage I needed and I feel that the color is a bit too light. Almost right but I think it needs to be a shade darker but definitely a lot more coverage. Doesn't cover my sun spots very well.

Poor customer service. DOs not address the question posed. Does not respond to the request at hand. UNAVAILABLE. Incorrect response. Unhelpful. Sent in the same uestion several times and the the answer I received makes it look like noone can understand English at this company. Impossible to get in touch with a live agent.
There is no phone number to reach them. You send an email but no one ever replies. For this reason I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Buyer beware.
I guess I was hoping for to much, shade is off looks yellow. Formula emphasize my phones, I feel like is drying my skin during the day and foundation is transferring very easily

First of all I really love all the products i bought, woke up like this n after party foundation. It covers my facial imperfections but feels so light and natural. Secondly, customer support is great. Responds within few minutes.

I have been using Il Makiage products for over a year now and I don't have any negative thoughts about their products. I love the foundation and concealer and they matched them perfectly for my skin tone. The primer is second to none. The mascara is great and the moisturizer is fantastic. At 65 it makes my face look great. I love Il Makiage products.
