All the Il Makiage products I have used are high-quality. After taking the quiz, I was matched with the PERFECT foundation. I love their concealer, eye-liner pen and mascara. Shipping is fast and the product is beautifully packaged.
I received my order (Woke up like this foundation and f*ck I'm flawless concelear), and tried it a day or so later. Honestly, I'm not happy with the product.
First, the pump on my Woke Up Like This foundation doesn't work.
Second, while the color looked perfect out of the bottle, after the five minute wait it had an orangey tone that wasn't there initially.
Third, it's enhancing every imperfection my skin has. I see nothing but fine lines and uneven texture that weren't visible at all without this foundation on my face.
Fourth, it looks thick and cakey despite me following the enclosed directions to a T.
I don't recommend it at all.
I use the foundation, the power boost serum, the poreless primer and IL mascara and i absolutely love them all! I love the auto Replenishment and I love I can change my shipment date if I'm not quite ready for new bottles. Their customer service is amazing
I ordered two of the Woke Up Like This foundations in shade 100, and when I opened my package, I noticed I instead received a 100 and a 125. I used a promo code for the second foundation but they were placed on the same order, I literally just added "2" to quantity for the same item. Well, I emailed the company as soon as I opened the package with pictures to prove. The customer service rep who responded to my email was courteous and helpful and offered to ship the correct color at no cost and offered a 20% discount on my next order, GREAT. I emailed back and thanked her. THEN **** She emailed me back and said "oops, sorry. I noticed you used a promo code" & she basically took back the offer because according to their policy, they don't allow returns or exchanges on items purchased with a code, so she let me know I was now stuck with a product I can't use, and sorry. Oh well to me. I completely understand if I had made the mistake of ordering the wrong color or just wanted an exchange for some other reason, but this was NOT MY FAULT, someone at the company literally packed the wrong color and now I'm stuck with it? Please explain to me how this makes any sense and how this is in any way fair to the customer? I'm not asking for a return or exchange, I am asking ILMakiage to send the items I ordered. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? My issue is unique, the b/s policy they quoted me is for customers who don't like what they ordered. This is not the case here, do better ILMakiage.

I message them about my order and wasn't given any instructions or information when I got the package and she couldn't do anything about it. I literally have only used it once and why would want a color that is wrong for that much. All I wanted was the right color...
I recwived a e-card of 50$, chose 2 products. Total of bill 6$ for the shipping. GREAT! Then what? Somehow your aite kept my billing info, thing that I didn't accept and charge me automaticly for a mascara! I am not happy at all with that service! That's call stealing! And ho I can't cancel that order?!
Do not recommend- trickery in ordering process - expecting FREE w/ $9 shipping, charged $40+ With no way to reverse recess when the athe charge appears. Deceitful.
I absolutely this product. It's so light, like not having any makeup on at all. The coverage is great. It doesn't feel or look like it's caked on. I will definitely continue using these products.
I don't have my new products yet and hoping they are as wonderful as some of the reviews and tik tok says they are. Signing up is fairly easy but the amount of pressure to purchase additional products leaves me wondering if it truly is as good because a great product sells itself. Let us try and buy without attacking us with a million requests to add additional products to our cart!
Every time I clicked order now there were multiple products put in my cart so I had to start over because at that point there was no going back to your cart. It was hard getting just one item into the cart. I also got a different color every time I took the quiz. Crossing my fingers I got the right one.
I ordered the foundation. The order was delayed. My first impression was that the foundation has a very pungent off putting unpleasant smell. The foundation settles in to the pores and feels dry on the face not moisturizing at all. The color is a very unnatural orange color like a cheap liquid tanner. I have been attempting to return this to no avail. The site tells me that the order number that is located clearly on the box - does not exist! Therefore, as you must print a label using the order number this has proven to be virtually impossible. I have tried to contact the company many times, and they indicate that their response time is 24 hours. It has been five days and nothing! At this point, I'm not sure what to do. I normally would not write a review and just return a product, but this whole experience has been so frustrating from the order to receipt of the product, and in what is proving to be a futile attempt to return the product!
The products are of the highest quality and the website is user friendly. I enjoyed shopping and can't wait to try the new product. I'm never disappointed!
Finally feel confident - great quality makeup makeup that matches my skin. I've also bought the foundation brush which was a game changer and the skin moisturizer that I love!
I ordered and pay with paypal and somehow its took my old home address and I immediately created a support request but no body response and still i got email its going to wrong address and they do not have any phone number where i can call and correct address.I am very disappointed with customer service and they have costly product and very poor customer service.
I've had great experience with this company all around. Beautiful products and excellent customer service. If you're not satisfied with something they bend over backwards to make it right. Prices in USD and so if you're outside USA be mindful of that - you may pay more than you planned! Otherwise awesome experience.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
