I tried to purchase the trial where I only pay shipping and decide if I want to keep which was supposed to be 6.29 but my credit card was charged 560.20. I waited for an email confirmation but got none so I don't have the order number. I tried calling but only got a recording. Terrible business - my experience is awful and not worth 1 star! I want my money back.
I did the online quiz two years ago I was matched with Woke Up Like This in shade 60. This foundation has by far exceeded my expectations. The color is a perfect match, it's lightweight, and doesn't look cakey.
I was skeptical at first when reading reviews, the products couldn't be that great, but they are! Perfect skin color match, product itself is effortless and long lasting. Well worth the price, will be a life long customer!
I ordered two items on Jan 28th. Shipping states 7 to 10 business days, I reached out numerous times to customer service. Customer service states you will get a reply in 24 hours. Basic questions like how is my order shipped. What is my order number. Go on answered, I did get a hold of one person they said that they were going to reattempt the order. That was the last I heard. So I decided to cancel the old order. And try to start a new one which caused my credit card to be charged the full amount. So let's see if this actually goes through. As of right now I do not recommend.
And I never received the 20 dollar credit for my bad experience when I finally got a replied back stating my order would be reprocessed.
I purchased the try before you buy and really sorry I did. Apparently I'll be billed for the entire amount 14 days after arrival. It might take 14 days to return it to you. I'm not even going to try it now. Hopefully I'll be able to refuse the package. This seems like a total scam. I'm really afraid I won't get the refund. I thought they were just going to send samples. I'm giving you bad reviews on every social media forum.
At checkout it wasn't clear that my order had processed and then it asked if I wanted to add on an item. The item looked very similar to the one I just ordered and I accidentally hit add on which will charge me another $50 for a product I didn't want. I have already submitted an email to remove the add on order and refund my money. Very inconvenient. I would appreciate the help to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Received today. Does not absorb into your skin sits on the surface and gets sticky. Can't imagine putting make up on over this! I'll use it up as a night cream since it was $59.
This company has excellent customer service. The product is the best of the best. I love it and when I had a mistake in my order they took care of it immediately. They also gave me a discount code
I love the products! The makeup is amazing. My only complaint is the website is NOT user friendly. You can't log in without having to wait for them to send you a link. If I need to change shades on my auto replenish I have to contact customer support. It is really disappointing that I can't easily just log in and order and make changes. But I do love the products.
So far I have been using the foundation, and even gifted them! So I am trying now a moisturizer, can't wait to review, I am sure it is going to be as good :)

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
