I love the quiz and the choice and the layout of the website. However, when you're ready to pay a million popups: subscribe, get the brush, have some concealer, get 10% off. I was like dude...I just wanna pay.

I reacted to the product asap. Also, You said I would get a free gift which is a foundation brush which was not included. I still could have used it. That's false advertisement. Please do not charge me for this items either. I didn't care how the went on since I didn't have a sponge of makeup brush to apply.
The coverage color is good but I prefer a more sheer look with illumination of the skin. It is flat looking
I am 81, but have always kept up with trends and am told I look in my late 60's. This makeup feels wonderful, covers beautifully and makes me look even younger! I threw out all of my dozens of other makeup products and this is the one for me!

New shade being dispatched at no extra cost which is excellent. Concealer and primer all make a great combination.
Lost package and customer service isn't responding. It's been 39 days and NOTHING. I've reached out to customer service more than once, no response. I've called any number that I can find, most numbers are disconnected - there's one that says they offer "fast" help by email. That's a lie. And likely a scam. BEWARE.
Purchased foundation experience on e-commerce is good
When I initially applied the foundation woke up like this I was impressed BUT after a couple hours the make up began to look scaley and my skin started to feel like it was burning. It has been a full day since applying and then removing the product and my skin is still red and tender
I did the test for foundation which I never wear but going to start. Test was spot on! Perfect match! Everything I bought does exactly what it promotes! I'm so happy with the outcome! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

I may have not got the right shade or maybe it will work better in summer. But it's not AMAZING. I liked it enough to buy a concealer as well and the website and company is so easy to deal with. My husband didn't notice I had the foundation on but I could see the flakes and notice the color difference. Good product. Might not be for me.
Love the texture and light feel of the Woke Up Like This foundation and the color match to my skin. My 5 stars is for the product, but wish the website had a "continue shopping" button. I had to keep going back to the home page to look at other products.

I got the trial run for the foundation. I unfortunately missed the return window. I reached out to the company and they immediately responded and offered me a replacement for no extra cost even though I passed my trial run. Easy to work with. And friendly. The product itself is great. Love how it applies. And they are good at working with you to find a perfect match.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
