I got woke up like this foundation and it wasn't quite my match but I absolutely fell in love with how it felt like nothing was on my skin! I asked for a new color and the exchange was easy and free! Love how this makeup almost makes my skin better after wearing.

The foundation match and foundation were perfect. The primer seems to be working well but need to give it a little more time. The cap of the primer didn't want to stay on but would pop off. That is the only negative I had with either product.

They are really true to their word. Prompt and courteous service.

It wipes off too easily, on clothes. Tissue, but it does look nice and covers my brown spots,, I feel like it enhances my lines on my face, should i add more. I'm on the fence.

Customer Service is 10/10 all day, I accidentally put in an address that's non existent in my town and my package was sent back, I emailed customer service and they took care of the problem without question and confirmed my correct address

It was easy to order, however my $15 coupon code CSX155Q2MZ2ZL7 was not applied. I did write to customer service and ask if this could be corrected

I ordered a $30 product, and the shipping was $5.99. I don't believe I will be ordering from them in the future. The shipping is just ridiculous! That's where companies get you.

I had a concern that the shade of my foundation was not the best color for me. Il Makiage rep responded quickly to my concern and offered a free replacement despite my order being outside of the return window. Also, they offered for me to keep the product and share it with someone who could use the color better. Great customer service.

It was just ok. I just wanted to purchase not try before you buy. We all know most won't send back the product anyway. Hopefully it was worth the cost. I have wasted so much on crap foundation over the years.

Color was close but really was too orange for me. Didn't like the floral scent - I don't need my foundation to have have a smell. Coverage was lacking. I wore it to work for 3 days. By end of 7 hour shift on all 3 days my face looked like it had melted! Splotchy, uneven, and separated. I can not do that! Will return. I did like the brush that came with it.

I am thankful to Jordan T, he helped me have an amazing experience, very professional and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to sharing the product and experience with my coworkers and friends.

The product is what they describe and it looks great on my skin. And if it doesn't look great, Customer Service is always willing to help me figure out what's best for my skin and for me.

Not knowing what shade of foundation I needed was a concern when I thought about purchasing from Il Makiage. To my surprise and delight, the simple question and answer survey worked like a charm! My shade was perfectly matched! I'm so excited to apply my makeup everyday now!

I understood it would be here in 2 to 7 days from what I read and after I ordered it said 7to 14 but could be longer to Canada. I'm going away for 3 months to help my daughter who is sick and need it. I would never had ordered.

I had ordered a product i wasn't completely satisfied with, not only did they fully refund me but they sent me a product for free for my troubles. Which was not necessary but brilliant because i love the new product! I will and have already recommended this company and it's products!
