I absolutely love the fact that I can update my foundation needs from home with a few simple answers. The products are excellent quality and super accurate match. As I get older and my skin changes its nice to have the product change with you.

She purchased the exact same products I wear! Customer Service (non-existant) must change! YOU ARE LOSING MILLIONS without live customer service. The company seems very good in contacting customers. That's their good points. I didn't like the foundation it seemed like they geared towards my oily skin so the foundation was too matte. The coverage is not great. I use loreal typically. Much cheaper and great coverage. This was money not well spent. Hopefully they will allow me to return it.

I have written for what I wanted at least 7 times. I get a new person who wants me to start over. I have asked for an exchange and return slips to return a portion of my order and have not received them. It's been extremely frustrating working with this company.

I had to follow up o. My own numerous of times to get an update to my exchange. On my 2nd try for a new shade i responded and provided a shade # 095 that was close to my skin color but still that was too light. Instead of getting a shade a tad darker, they responded and sending me shade #095. Why am I getting something I already said was a tad too light.
I had the strangest time trying to order two items together I could get one but not both contacted customer service and they were really good and sorted it for me
Based on your recommendation I tried shade 60 it was too light. So I emailed I wanted to try another shade and I got an email saying my order was cancelled?

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
