I am using Power recharge cream from last 3 weeks and it has cause lot of acne on my face.also whenever i use foundation it causes more acne.i was having lot of hopes from these products but i am very disappointed

I have ordered and used a few different products from ILMakiage and have always received exceptional customer service, the products are high quality and do not cause any irritation on my skin. They send occasional emails for savings on products I have used and this allows me to try other ones at a discounted price. I love the trial period and I took advantage of this and found I did not like the way the liquid foundation smelled. I sent it back and recieved a refund with no issues or problems throught the whole process. I do not usually give 5 stars but this company and their products deserve it!
The foundation I had originally ordered was not the right fit. Jordan processed a new order quickly and was very friendly and professional. It's great that we have the chance to try another color if the first one ordered doesn't look right.

Always great communication. Superfast responses and shipping. Freebies! Hilarious comments and emails. What's not to love? Once they forgot to send my freebie. The next day I get notice that they're sending it and they give me an additional savings coupon! And who else gives you full size freebies with a purchase? Love this company. Love every product they have sent me!

I am very quickly falling in love with this company and it's amazing products. So easy to order and fast shipping and all the free products to try! My first purchase was the foundation and I was so shocked of how PERFECT the shade was for me. That has never happened to me before. I'm so blessed!

I sent an email 2 days ago over cracked foundation. Still no response, plus im not soo sure about the creams just yet i don't see any changes.
My experience was ok. I've done the process 3x but I wasn't sure if the color would be right. I just decided to just do it. I do like the face that it asked for a picture. I'm not wel versed wilhen it comes to make up.

Why was I pressured to " Try before I buy"? We all know the small print states my Credit/Debit will have a hold on the full amount. So I'm really being charged twice. Other than that it a great website.
Very easy process. I appreciate the wear and return. Unfortunately due to my own fault I miss judged my skin color to be a little lighter than what it is so I did have to return but I will definitely do this again so I get the right shade. I did love the feel of the foundation and felt instantly glamorous

On checkout I clicked do not add in products, however have just received an order confirmation for £40 for a product I didn't want. I had doubts on ordering from this site, I have never seen this on any other basket, it shouldn't be that easy to double your order value by mistake. Poor website design.
After contacting the customer service twice I was given a refund for the error item. I still think the site is of very poor design, under the current cost of living crisis I had to save for 1 item, then to double my order value in a single click is astounding. If I've already clicked no thanks one is enough, the website lagged at the time I hadn't even seen the product I had ordered until it arrived.
I very much enjoyed shopping on their website. The quiz to find you right shade was pretty easy, lighthearted, and cute with encouraging words. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is though because of the number of pop ups there were while you were shopping. They were all good suggestions for products and things but at some point it does get annoying. Otherwise though, great experience!
