Look your business model. I hope that I love your product!

I just made a purchase. After I put in my promo code and credit card information the order processed with giving me my discount or even a receipt. I had to go to my bank account to see how much I spent and if the promo worked. That's never happened to me before. I want my money back, because my promo code apparently didn't work. This was unprofessional to charge me without telling me prior to my purchase. Thank you

I love their concealer and their shipping is pretty reliable.

I am not agree with their product and services their product doesn't worth and I used them it is not useful and waste of money and when they said try before purchase which is for free and tried that but they took my money they lie about that too they just want sell their product

I loved the After Party foundation so much and wanted to add Woke Up Like This for those days I want a lighter coverage. I went thru the shade matching process again just in case and I'm a little lighter number with this product. Easy order process too!

Color quiz put at orange tone foundation about 5 shades too dark when that's no where near my actual skin tone

I am yet to receive my product, however my experience in ordering could have been better had I not been forced to run the gauntlet of the many Add Ons being shoved in my way to the check out.

Did not meet expectations, I had high hopes. Similar to other products. I have very dark under eye circles, and it just seem to be too transparent (see darkness hue through makeup).
