I was hesitant but there was no risk so why not give them a chance to prove their worthiness? I just got the foundation today, and I love, love, love it! I've never had a better match - ever! It's me, only better - a lot better. I would encourage anyone to try it, if you like it you buy it. My expectations were far surpassed.
I'm totally impressed with this foundation! I'm actually shocked! I really didn't think they would get my shade right, but it's perfect! I don't like wearing makeup/foundation because I feel like it's always too heavy, but this is so light it's unbelievable!

It was easy to take the quiz, get results, and shop for the recommended product, as well as other products that I would have loved to try. As a woman in my late 40's, I sometimes get frustrated with complicated sites or re-direct details. Also, check out was super simple. Tabs and buttons were all very easy to navigate throughout the entire process. I only wish I could have afforded more products.

I wasn't the type to wear makeup often. I of course wanted to try the makeup that was suppose to match perfectly. So I did! And although it didn't match my face perfect, it did however match my hand perfect. When I apply my makeup with my brush. I put it on my hand first and it matches my skin there absolutely perfect. You can't even tell the difference. But my face is more red in areas. Anyways, I gave the two week try before you buy a true go at it. I put on my makeup way more than normal and decided I was going to keep it! I will say I expected them to charge my card on the 14th day and they didn't. They didn't charge my card even on the 15th. But not until the 16th day they finally placed the charge. Which I did like very much that they waited to make sure I didn't have any problems before charging me. That's good service. I guess I liked it because I just made a second purchase for the mascara. Will let you know how that goes!
Only option to pay was credit card or PayPal, system wouldn't let me use a debit card. I don't have a credit card so had to sign up to PayPal before I could complete the purchase. Slightly annoying.

As a mature person that does not use make up, I have been extremely impressed with this product. Its so light and matches my skin colour perfectly by just answering a few questions. Magic!
The shade I got was way off. I was so exited for this make up to come in but I can't even wear it. Soon as I step into the outside light I look orange. It's soo bad. I reached out to customer service and have gotten NO response.

I ordered my foundation and the color was totally off. They agreed to take it back with NO issues. Instead of a refund, I asked them to send me a different shade (hopefully they will get it right). I'm still waiting for the new bottle to arrive but not anticipating any issues. They also gave me a $20 gift card for my troubles and I've already purchased that amazing foundation brush with it. I can't wait to try the new color!

Would love to give 5 stars as I loved the concealer and it was the perfect match. However the wand broke making it difficult to apply.
I had to get a replacement foundation because the one I was matched with was way too yellow and dark for my skin. It was not a problem and I got super quick response from customer service and they were super friendly and helpful! They matched closer by asking me a few questions through email. Superb service!
I was excited to try the lipstick after a positive experience with the concealer. Unfortunately, it broke in half after just a couple of uses, bleeds, and is slightly drying to my lips.
I don't really appreciate being automatically registered for auto replenishment, I feel that's an assumption that I will like the product and continue, I would like to order at my leisure

Hi unfortunately not happy with my foundation. It changes colour after a few minutes to a yellow brown and does not look quite Matt. Thanks for the experience of trying it but would like a refund please.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
