The first shade i ordered was to light. I contacted the company and they responded right away. They addressed my issues and sent out another better suited color and coverage without hesitation.

Ordered a few products and really liked them. When my products come they were a shade too light but I kept them anyway. A few months later I was contacted by customer care asking if I liked them. Told them it was a bit light and straight away they sent replacements( And to keep original make up) and a voucher for future purchases. Amazing customer care and I will definitely be using them again. Best I've used and I'm in my 40's

Honestly I have been wanting to buy this sooner but the product sales page really makes it all seem like a money racket. I want to believe everything is good but it seems like every other product that has multiple loopholes and a huge push of just one more product that is 19.99 or whatever. I'm just hopeful that it is a good product and that I don't have to try to jump through the loop holes of trying to cancel it
I placed an order and needed to make sure is getting to my new address. They don't have a phone number for customer service and emailing them is no use it's been two days. No response in 24 hours like they claim
I received new makeup. The color is way orange on my face. Have made multiple attempts to contact customer service with no reply back. Very disappointed because the actual makeup feels very nice, just orange

I ordered products and accidentally selected the add ons. I was not able to get a refund just a gift card promo. There was an auto renew that charged my account but did not ship any items. In addition, the site only allows you to input one promo code at a time.

Despite this, the mascara that was sent as a gift is the best I ever used! I tried Marc jacobs and a few others at Sephora but this one was GREAT! Washes off well, doesn't clunk, lifts, separates, and elongates….woooooo!
I received my order yesterday & today is my 1st if the 5 day trial. The shade so far is good, but I am in my 50 & I think it is to of a Matt:powder finish I wanted something much more dewy & shiny. Although my skin is combination due to menopause I am much dryer in areas

Didn't feel like a chore. My £10 voucher arrived very quickly so so happy with that. Have now placed a second order. Have yet to use my make up as only arrived yesterday. Speedy delivery. I like the quality of this foundation, the packaging and the smell are nice and expensive, but it is way too yellow, it gives me this carrot-like orange Donald Trump-like look, looks truly horrible. The shade quiz was way off (it recommended me shade 35). I got shade 20 and it's still too dark, but it's also super yellow on top of that. I used to own this shade a year or two ago and it looked way more neutral back then. Maybe this batch is just different or they changed their formula, I'll be returning. Just like many other foundation brands, this one struggles to create good shades with pink undertones: shade 10 is too light, shade 20 is too yellow, shade 35 is too dark, so neither of them really match.

I've purchased so many different foundations from all cosmetic line, the salesperson always recommended the perfect color for my skin tone, and sure enough it's never rite bc of the lighting in store & home never the same it's always off,, so happy so far
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
