So I've been seeing ads on Instagram for a few different products from this company. I've always been interested in trying a few things but they're very expensive. I decided to buy one item and during the checkout process there website was laid out in such a weird way that I ended up clicking on a second item that got added to my order and I couldn't remove it so I ended up paying for two things instead of one. There's no customer service phone number to call and speak to somebody so you have no choice but to send an email. The emails don't get responded to quickly enough. They don't cancel orders. And you just have to wait until the products arrive and then return what you don't want using their online return process. I think it's ridiculous that they don't have a customer service phone number to get help and I think it's ridiculous that you can't cancel an order once you've placed it. Their website is designed to get people to purchase as many products as possible and auto subscribe to Future orders.

Horrible cheap foundation! It's so dry and makes my skin looks flaky and mature. It does not match my skin color either, even though I did the test and said I have DRY skin and need MOISTURE. Complete waste of money
I started receiving compliments on my makeup immediately after I began using the Woke up Like This foundation and the concealer. It is awesome in coverage and how well it matched my skin tone. Doesn't look like you're wearing a heavy foundation and my make up now lasts much longer than any other product Ive used previously.
The color that was sent was just a little bit lighter than I preferred. They have already ordered a shade darker and sent it on it's way. I very much appreciate the quick response time and of course the free replacement. I think this foundation covers the very best of anything I have ever used.

I suppose I'm not their ideal target audience, but I find the language they use in communications quite a bit degrading. I gave it a go as I'm told the product is actually quite good, but it would really need to exceed all expectations if I "gonna wanna" tolerate "babe" in every email.

In the past I've gone to Debenhams & had tests from their make-up artist to find my exact shade, but since Debenhams closed it doors for good, I've had to save my empty bottles & re order online, the price is the same, I'm trying this foundation as it says its lightweight, I don't like to feel cakey like I did back in my teens.
I don't wear makeup everyday cos I work with mostly men & they don't wear it so I don't see why I should have to, that & i have 04:00 starts on a morning& don'tlike havingto get up an hour beforeto apply makeup, I only wear makeup when I see my girlfriends.
The No Filter primer feels light and luxurious as it slides onto my skin. The I Woke Up Like This foundation gives perfect coverage. I LOVE the way you can dispense teeny tiny drops from the bottle to touch up little areas that need more. Quality products!
I wasn't expecting to have to layer after layer after layer which too so long compared to what my other makeup does in one shot and what the advertisements show on instagram of one wipe through and covers. This was not the case.
I've yet the try the product I ordered, but it was sent with a free full size liquid eyeliner. I haven't worn eyeliner in decades and absolutely despise it on me. I try to keep my products to a minimum and more is not more. What am I supposed to do with this full size product? And if they are sending a full size surprise, can you at least choose the type of product or answer some questions about your makeup routine prior to the gift arriving?
Your company is great, when the foundation was the wrong for me, I returned no problem and you gave my next order a discount.
