I tried to cancel my order minutes after placing it. I wanted to add to it. Jordan got straight on the case but it was too late - not a problem as Jordan immediately issued a £30 gift voucher by way of apology, meaning I could buy the second item I had wanted to add - for practically nothing! I don't buy very often from IlMakiage, only when my primer runs out (lasts ages, works great) but unswervingly their customer service is the best of any retailer I have ever purchased from! Keep it up and thank you Jordan! I have not been paid for this review and have chosen to provide the review as I wanted to say how good this company are.

I foundation is a little too dark. And although you can choose a thinner or thicker application, it doesn't dry very well and leaves a sticky surface where I have to use a power on top in order to apply blush or eye shadow.

My experience with this company was outstanding. Due to a family emergency I was slow in letting them know that the color that I received was not the right "fit". In spite of this, they were extremely helpful in sending me a product that I liked. I would definitely recommend them.
I didn't get the right color, and they reached out to me to offer an opportunity to either return it or get the right color in the mail with no extra charge. I replied with information to get the right one, and they automatically recharged me for the new one. Very disappointing

I had a voucher to use so I intended to purchase two items, however, the first item went through to payment stage without the option to enter my code.So, I had to go back through the process again to purchase the second item and add the voucher code. So not the easiest site to navigate but purchased what I wanted.
I honestly hesitated to try this foundation as I don't wear a lot of make up. However, even in my mid 50's I still have the occasional break outs. This product covers everything so perfectly. I absolutely love it and literally got complimented on how good my skin looked... I had to tell the truth, and I believe they also are ordering you product... Thank you

Recently I went to the Il Makiage page to try their questions for ordering the foundation. It was genuinely one of the best websites I've interacted with. This one was easily the best. Finally, it isn't just easy it also offers "try then buy." Who does that? It's an outstanding option to be sure you receive the correct color. Haven't yet received but if it's even close to correct the interactive website gets 5 stars.

First time I heard about IL Makiage, I Go on the site and take their quiz for fun.
They kept emailing me about the quiz and with offers and they were calling me "Babe" and stuff so I said "ok fine. I'll bite"
I get this foundation in the mail (I was a first time customer so it was try-before-you-buy) and it's awesome! I don't buy makeup AT ALL…like, nothing. The only makeup I own is THIS foundation an eyebrow pencil, mascara and also the beautiful eyeliner they sent to my with the foundation.
The foundation is light when I wear it, doesn't get on everything and no clumps. Plus the color match is EXACT and it goes on flawlessly.
I've been buying this foundation for 2 years and now I've moved on to their skin care products because I trust this brand and I'm assuming since they have my information, they know I'm getting old and need new products.

I'm a little on the fence about this product. It does work and I love the results. But I'm not a fan of the squirt bottle. You're only supposed to use a tiny amount but half the time more product comes out than whats needed even if your trying to be careful on how hard your squeezing it. Also it does leave a residue on your face kinda like unblended cover up even after it's dried and small amt is used. But the product does work so I'm happy about that.
