I have been using the same foundation for 30 years and it has recently been discontinued. I have 2 other expensive brands but hated the last ok and mostly the feel. Serums not enough and full coverage was yuck. I can't wait to try so check back in a few days for my personal opinion l, which means very little I'm sure. Hoping for the next permanent foundation!

I ordered foundation on Feb 17th. On Feb 25th I had not received it yet so I sent an email to inquire. I was told it was on the way. I did receive it on the 28th of Feb. I tried it and sent by email a message saying it was a little yellow- before my 2 weeks were up. I did not hear back from someone until March 15th - after I sent my 3rd request. I received an immediate response saying that they would send me another color but it was past the 2 week period so they would have to charge me for the new color. REALLY? I contacted them before my 2 weeks were up and they did not respond until the day AFTER my 2 weeks were up. Very poor service. Still waiting to hear back on another color...
I have used the foundation for the last year, I it. It goes on smooth, blends easily along the the flawless concealer. Just recently started using the mascara, goes on perfectly without clumping. Best for your bucks is subscribe & save.
Love my products especially the foundation, lip gloss and liquid pen eyeliner.
I received the base and the concealer quickly, nicely packaged. The concealer is a great colour, matched perfectly. The base/foundation however is fairly orange. It's a nice consistency but for some reason, it's not a good colour match even though I got the same colour in the concealer.
I am very pleased to have purchased the after party foundation, the coverage is very good and the best thing is that it does not feel heavy. I got a test that turned out to be a little light for my skin tone And they kindly solved my problem. They really care about the customer having a good experience. I invite you to try

A lovely follow up email from customer service, saying any problems then to contact them. Very fast delivery from Royal Mail with the local friendly postman. Excellent tracking from royal mail too. Love the product too. Reasonably well priced. Can't fault.

While faced with the issue of a past order not being the right tint, and having surpassed my 14 day trial, I reached out after purchasing an anti-aging cream about my Woke Up Like This not being quite right. Not being able to do much about the past order, I was given additional questions to help determine the correct shade. In addition I was given a $20 gift card to help ease the correction I now have to make. Being a Canadian costumer this is helpful in the currency exchange.

You took the $119.95 out before I had a chance to try out the product. I've been waiting almost two weeks from the time it was ordered until now. I have been trying to contact IL Makage, there is no response and I need a return slip and a full refund of the money you took.

I tried IL Makiage in 2019, and I have not used another concealer or foundation since! I truly love how smooth it feels, coverage is amazing and it doesn't cake up by the end of the day.

I got matched with shade 60. Its way to orange on me. I'd say I'd be a 30. Despite the colour it feels good on my skin and its not heavy at all. I just definitely need to change the shade
The promo code in my email was so long and I was unable to select it to copy it. The log in, is a ridiculous process. CONTINUING TO BE ASKED TO SIGN UP FOR AUTO REPLENISH IS OFFENSIVE, I'm already signed up, recognize my loyalty please or I'm happy to take it elsewhere. I was unable to add additional products AND add a promo code, so I ended up having to empty my cart, logging out, logging back in, adding products to my cart, adding the longest promo code ever, only get 2 of the 3 products I wanted and checking out. Then, I wasn't sure if my order was complete because I didn't opt to add a products for additional 20% off and couldn't select "skip". NOT TO MENTION, MY AUTO REPLENISH LIST FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS, I was going to be charged shipping if I didn't meet the minimum $50 purchase, like every other person that is NOT on auto replenish. I feel like free shipping is a scam the way its advertised and I feel like it SHOULD be free as a standard when I am a membership holder. Not a happy customer. Not a valued customer, for sure.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
