I ordered foundation after taking the quick quiz. It wasn't a match but the customer service was exceptional! They asked a few questions and sent me a replacement. Still not perfect. A tad too light but excellent coverage! Reached out again and they are standing by their product, yet again, and sending a replacement. I can't wait to receive it. I know it's going to be spot on! And my favorite foundation EVER!
This company has really been awesome to work with from ordering to returns to customer service it has always been helpful and pleasant. The prices are a little high but with the auto replenish makes it a little more affordable and the pause, skip or cancel is very easy to manage. I've been very happy with all my experiences with them.
I tried for days to get on the site to purchase my products,even clicking the link sent to me via email 100 times and it would never load or it would move extremely slow. I wasted so much time in just trying to get onto the page. Everytime I tried to log on I was sent a link,once receiving the link it only took me to an error page or nowhere at all.Then the process of searching for my products,it was all a disaster. I hung in there only bc I truly love the product. The process took so long I am now using backup makeup I hate while I wait 7 days for my order. Thats another thing.express shipping,why isn't it an option.

I prefer using my fingers to apply seems to be better than with my brush.

Shade is a bit darker than my colour, is a bit cakey. The concealer started breaking up showing all line expressions. It's a shame as it was quite expensive. Can't bother going through all the returning process but I thought leaving a review for future buyers.
I ordered foundation that I loved the coverage and how it felt (also came with a great brush), but the color was slightly off. Customer service worked with me to figure out my right color and sent me a new bottle (didn't have to send the wrong color back, so no hassles for me). Also using the eyeliner and mascara, which I also love! Glad I found Il Makiage!
Eye cream leaves a streak no matter the amount nor how I put on. I threw in the garbage.
I suffer from hyperpigmentation along my chin sbd neck. Because of some health issues the discoloration is worsening. The foundation I previously used provided limited coverage. Ilmakiage was an excellent solution. It provides full coverage and gives the look of healthy skin.
I love how deep they go into their questions for you to figure out your skin problems and color of skin! :) I'm excited to get my product! I hope it works as good as they say! :)
I enjoy my foundation so much I decided to try their other products - I can't wait to try them out - if they are half as good as the perfect matches in color - I know I will be posting again soon
I wanted to use my 50$ gift card to buy a power cream moisturizer. The shipping fee was 6$ and the tax was 0.65 $. So, I had to pay 5.65 for the total order. However, at checkout, I opted for the auto-replenishment plan and when I checked my credit card, I saw that the receipt was different and I was charged 7.9$ instead f 5.65. Why should they show something and then cut another amount from my card?
I was very happy with how this product matched as I had some doubts as to if it would, thank you.

I placed an order for foundation, concealer, & primer, and when it arrived I tried the foundation and found it and the concealer to be too dark for my skin, and I just didn't like the feel of the primer. I asked for a refund on the primer and an exchange on the foundation & concealer. The refund was processed right away, but after over a week had passed no one had reached out about the exchange. I started emailing, and it took over another week for any response other than "we'll get back to you within 24 hours". Such a load of cr@p. They first offered me a 25% discount on a new order, no offer to replace the shades that were too dark, or provide a refund. After another week or so i finally got a refund, and a voucher for $50. I ordered once again, shade 50, and my confirmation email said shade 105. (my original order was for 60). I immediately emailed customer service and tried to get the order fixed before it shipped. I emailed the next day too, and got an email promising help within 24 hours. 8 days later i got an email asking for the order # and my personal information. I didn't hear from them again for several days; meanwhile, the wrong color foundation showed up in my mailbox, and then i got another email telling me that because the order was placed with a voucher, i couldn't get an exchange. I reminded them that the mistake was on their end, but they refused to help. This has been one of the most frustrating companies I've ever dealt with, and urge everyone considering placing an order to find something else. Too Faced Born This Way is good.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
