I ordered the foundation everyone has been raving about and I was so excited expecting a it to be as all the videos have described. Instead it made me look older, sitting dry in my wrinkles and theshade is far too yellow for my pale pinky complexion. My skin type is mature,very dry with fine lines and the powder finish just makes me look a lot older than I am.
I think the fry before you buy is a great deal. I tho k the price for foundation is a very fair price for the quality of product. But the amount of product they try to force and confuse you at checkout, is so desperate and thirsty.
This product leaves a white residue, I am unable to wear makeup over this product and it does not fully work on the bags under my eyes. I am trying to return and get refunded for this product. I ordered foundation and concealor. They both came at least two shades too dark and I dodnt like the formulars. The foundation caused me to breakout and my skin has been sore, itchy and covered in spots since. I've been having to take antihistamines. I contacted customer support who didn't acknowledge the hark it had caused to my skin. I was simply just given a link to precession a return. It turns out that you can only return your order if you have a printer. I've now paid a lot of money for products that I cant use or return

I was really excited about trying this product out, also my friends and work colleagues were waiting to see the results of how it really turned out in the natural. But unfortunately I never received anything. Tracking is saying that it was delivered since 4 days ago. I reached out to customer service, still waiting for a resolution to this matter.
The colour match was perfect! Coverage was a bit sketchy, had to go over a couple of places to get desired coverage. I found it wore off as the day progressed. No SPF factor which is a biggy for me. Overall not worth the $$
While the company has a good product the client focus is poor. I ordered multiple shades trying to figure out what would be the best option and because I didn't return it within the 14 days they refused to even accommodate me with a credit. Usually companies that do online trials will give you 30 days to try a product but they do not. Just not fair to the consumer who is willing to buy your product without being able to try beforehand. Totally disappointed!
I did receive it and the makeup is nice but to dark. It was honestly not worth the trouble to return. Hopefully I will get a tan this summer so its not so dark

I just purchased a makeup brush for $45. I thought I was receiving $15 off I believe it was $5 off plus tax plus shipping and I ended up paying $42 that was not what I was expecting, I purchased it anyway, but not anymore. I would like to discontinue my3 moth orders

I got my foundation #35 first bottle yesterday and was shocked that it was a perfect match on the first try! My husband even said it was the best makeup I've ever had cause it looks the most natural, which is what I was going for.
The make up is to light I don't like it.doesn't look good on me my husband said it's to light and so does my friends.

While I love the products, the text, and website are ridiculous. I don't know why I can't just log in. I have to put in my email, then go to my email and then log in. What is the purpose of creating an account? The texting service SUCKS! I was getting texts every single day and sometimes with deals I was interested in. BUT when I click on the text link I have to go through the entire pick my shade game again. It is so frustrating, and when I email customer service I get auto-response. Just ugh!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
