Product does what is says. Customer service is good. You eCommerce platform needs improvement. Stop asking me if I want other products. I don't. If you want me to try your other proxy, send me samples.
I bought my foundation and cream about a month ago but when it arrived I didn't open it right away. It sat on the table for almost a month when I finally decided to use it. After one day I noticed the difference but 3 days later, I ended up at the dentist. She asked what I used because my skin looked beautiful and "being a dentist, we see everything up close and detailed". So I told her and showed her the site, she wrote it down and I'm guessing she'll order. Being on my mid 50s, I haven't had a compliment like that since I was a teenager! Felt great! Will never go back to my regular routine. Love these products!

I think its bunk that by using a coupon you gave me it kicked me out of receiving free shipping because price went down and that only one e credit/coupon/ e-gift can be applied at a time. If i was given 2 i should be able to apply both to one transaction. Thanks

Colour of foundation was too pink for my skin. My skin is more neutral than cool. I liked the way you could apply it lightly or build up for a more better coverage

However, they sent me a coupon after a survey on my experience hopefully this one works better.I'm impressed by the recovery of this company!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
