4 times I tried to order the free trial and it kept telling me that it couldn't process my payment even though there was nothing wrong with my card. So I kept trying it. Finally I checked my email and it said thank you for your purchase. Now I have several orders coming which means I will have to spend my time returning them all. Very inconvenient. Still I'm looking forward to trying these products. I just hope any future purchases will be a lot smoother.
Hi, I know is late on returns. But I just got back home from being out of state. Anyway I do love your products though I'm sure I'm not filling out the questionnaire properly because on my last orders I received "Woke up like this #040,075 and 120. All are to yellow and do not match my skin tone. I'm more like a Beige color tone. To be exact if you can compare my tone to "Bare Minerals, Linen #10.5 or come close to this color I'll be more than happy to purchase it.

I love this product and taking a chance with the primer. I tried to use my $15 off coupon good thru March 2023. It wouldn't recognize the coupon. Other than that, all was good.

My product shipment was delayed a bit but i was excited to try it. It arrived in great packaging. The color match was spot on. The makeup itself is great but doesn't seem all that much different from my normal brands but this product is significantly more expensive. It goes on smooth and has great coverage- and I really like the brush that came with it. I do like the product, the packaging but would likely not purchase again due to price

I'm a little stressed out now because I feel that I have over purchased and I am feeling a lot of Regret... The website is extremely pushy about products and then they text me more.
They literally charged me fees for no reason then when i wanted to cancel the order they said they couldn't. This place is a rip of literally charged me 80$ for a crappy product now i am just out 80$ and I threw the make up away.
I've done the matching test, but I haven't received the product yet, so I can't review anything other than the testing process which was explanatory and actually quite clever.
