I tried applying this multiple times, carefully following the instructions shared by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the first two applications left a flaky white residue. I then reduced the amount I used and voilà. No white residue, however, what I was left with was very dry looking under eye skin that further amplified my wrinkles and bags even worse than it was when natural without any make-up on.
Sadly, I am returning this product.
I had a bad experience with my purchase. It gave me add-on after add-on products. After skipping a few, it switched the skip button to the add-on button, and I accidentally added on, but it didn't give me an option to ask again if I wanted to purchase it. It just automatically charged me. I only have very little money now on my account and I'm very upset

I love IlMakiage but its a tad bit expensive. I have been using them forbover a year. Also applied for the auto replenishment and yearly subscription. But its still a little expensive
I have ordered many products from this company every product i have received has been on time and I have been pleasantly surprised at how well everything is. Their products are amazing.
You need to be sure though that you're watching your orders and maybe changing the dates of when you want them. You mark down when you're going to get them so you don't get money taken out of your bank and you forgot that you have a reorder. Just keep an eye on that. Other than that this company is awesome.

After picking my product I tried to order several times & it wouldn't allow me to do it without subscribing to a monthly purchase. I finally exited out 3xs & was pleasantly surprised I could finally click on not subscribe. I don't like that pressure, sorry.
I love this concealer, it blends in so well with my skin. Easy to reorder through my past orders so I knew I was getting the same shade. My order came in pretty fast and I signed up for the auto shipment so I don't run out!

I have no issues with the products, they seem really great. What I do have a problem with is the constant badgering to get you to add another product on after you've made your purchase. I had to click 'skip' like a half a dozen times just to get done with my order the other day. Enough already!
I'm a fair skinned freckly woman who sunburns and was sent a dark dark shade that made me look orange. I could tell by looking at the bottle it was too dark. I never even used it. I wrote note after note and got Pat response after response. It. Was so obvious no one was reading these. I keep saying I want to cancel. If I'm charged again, I'll be really angry!
My skin has gotten quite a bit lighter since I started religiously wearing sunscreen and spending less time in the sun. I requested an exchange/return and they sent me a new shade free of charge and told me that I could keep the old foundation to give to a friend or use later.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
