It was very simple to place the order online, paying only for shipping, for the 14 day trial. The foundation that I ordered was delivered quicker than expected. Customer service stayed in touch via email. First thanking me for the order, with detailed instructions of what to do should I decide to return the product. A second email was received confirming the item shipped, and finally a third email giving me instructions for contacting a customer service rep should I have any questions or concerns at any time. The foundation itself is quite nice. It is natural looking and light weight. It does not accentuate lines or wrinkles at all. And the color selected by answering the online questions, was perfect. Needless to say, I am very pleased!

I would've loved for my purchase to be straightforward without so many questions before and after. Also, I appreciate that you're trying to sell more products, but I don't appreciate the constant add on stuff! I sure hope the product works, because I spent way too much time (time = money) and money on this product. Fingers crossed it's successful!

There was no confirmation when I was placing the order at the end you guys only wanted me to buy something else so I placed another order I just found out that there are two different orders. Can I cancel one please. This is not a honest way to fo business.
My order was delayed due to it being delivered to the wrong address. Customer service quickly responded when I inquired about my order being late. They were very helpful. The foundation is quality and a great match!
I placed the order, paid through PayPal and was not redirected to the site to enter shipping address or review order. Now they have a different address as my shipping address which is weird. I always pay through PayPal, but other websites give me the chance to enter other credentials like shipping information.

You sent me the try before you buy concealer three times trying to get a match. The last time I asked for number 16.5, and you sent me 17, not the perfect match. We'll see with this new product I just ordered. The rewind cream.
I have always loved the products offered and I have signed up for the auto replenish multiple times but something always comes up. Either low funds or I still have some product. But they make it super easy and don't hassle you when canceling a subscription. And they are cool with letting you buy items one at a time or signing up for auto shipment again!

I just recently tried the "try before you buy". Unfortunately, the shade I received was just slightly, slightly off. I emailed customer support and told them the problem. They responded extremely quickly and had me answer a few questions so they were able to send me a replacement shade, at no charge! Plus, they said I could keep the shade that I was given already, and gift it to someone if I wanted. And once I receive my new shade, my 14 days will start all over again. On top of that, I was given a $20 gift card just because they got the shade wrong.
This literally blew me away. 10 stars all the way!

Customer service is so good. The quiz was great, selected my perfect match. This is the best match I've ever had in foundation and I'm over 40. The foundation is light and blends in so well.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
