Unfortunately the foundation & concealer both were too light for my completion and didn't cover well.
It took me a couple of tries to get the right shade in foundation and concealer. They can only go by my answers and I was a little off. But no worries! The incredible staff made it all right. I am a customer forever and will tout their awesomeness to anyone who will listen
My shade was off unfortunately and I wasnt able to send back within my 14 day deadline. I sent an email and within less than 24 hours, I was advised that I could keep the shade that didnt match and was sent another to replace it in hopefully my color. So impressed with the service.
I had an issue with a color match of products ordered. Once I brought it to the attention of the CS department, they were extremely prompt to address the issue and was very helpful in offering a solution. Beine a new customer, I can say the CS was VERY impressive, I will be a customer for life based on the CS and how easy they have made it to shop online fpor their products. Ndeedless to say thier products are pretty awesome as well. From the packaging to the actual products, simply awesome. GOOD CS nowadays is very hard to find, I think other companies to take a few lessons from IL MAKIAGE, you guys have mastered it. Thank you.
This review is more for the website I have gift cards & I can't use them all one time which I would like to do & buy more at one time so since I can't the gift cards a pretty useless I won't do separate ordering
I ordered a foundation and was sent the wrong color. When I reported this the response from customer service was quick and they offered to send me the correct color. I am still waiting for it though. I thought it would have been shipped via expedited mail since I waited at least 7 days for the original one to find out the company made a mistake. This is why this is not a five star review.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
