Nothing like the advertisement. Big disappointment!

I did not order the power serum and I want to be refunded immediately.
I am through 100% with your stupid company who keeps popping up with "add-ons" when I'm trying to place an order. If I had wanted it I would have order it in the first place. Will Never order from you again.

Horrible. Been trying to track my order and the shipping company USPS is still awaiting the product after 8 days!

I had ordered my first bottle of foundation.
Upon receiving it, it had a leak around the base and a mess of foundation in the packaging. I immediately contacted customer service and received a new bottle today. I'm so thrilled to try it tomorrow. Thank you thank you

Love the Primer! My foundation was a bit too light but I can blend it with a darker one if I need to.

I ordered/received foundation and concealer for a grand total of $109.14… yep,way to expensive

I often broke out with over the counter makeup so I just stop using makeup but since I started using IL Makiage, my face has been pimple free. Love that it feels like nothing on my face and last all day!

I never have a problem ordering online. It's very simple to go to the product you want and order it. If you need more information, it's right there.

Not only was it not my color but it was super thick and Cakey. Not cute at all! How do I return

Unfortunately the foundation & concealer both were too light for my completion and didn't cover well.

It took me a couple of tries to get the right shade in foundation and concealer. They can only go by my answers and I was a little off. But no worries! The incredible staff made it all right. I am a customer forever and will tout their awesomeness to anyone who will listen

My shade was off unfortunately and I wasnt able to send back within my 14 day deadline. I sent an email and within less than 24 hours, I was advised that I could keep the shade that didnt match and was sent another to replace it in hopefully my color. So impressed with the service.

This review is more for the website I have gift cards & I can't use them all one time which I would like to do & buy more at one time so since I can't the gift cards a pretty useless I won't do separate ordering

I ordered a foundation and was sent the wrong color. When I reported this the response from customer service was quick and they offered to send me the correct color. I am still waiting for it though. I thought it would have been shipped via expedited mail since I waited at least 7 days for the original one to find out the company made a mistake. This is why this is not a five star review.
