I've had a few snafus with these people. I do like the products, but they don't seem to care about the customer experience. I usually consider this when I make a purchase, and with so many choices out there, I don't need to buy from inflexible people.
My color was a little too light but I figured I'd use the bottle and then Makiage contacted me to ask if I was satisfied. I told them the color was a bit off but that it was ok yet they STILL wouldn't accept that and are sending me a new color. Awesome customer service!

I received two 15-dollar vouchers that were very difficult to use. Ended up not being able to use them on one purchase which I discovered at the last minute. The automated help was awful and could not seem to address the issue. Il Makiage works well as long as what you want to do follows their standard flow. The minute you need human intervention, forget about it. Also, the website is too pushy trying to get you to make additional purchases when you're trying to check out. The constant pushing of the subscription service is obnoxious. This is unfortunate as I like the products.

I just put in an order and I'm hoping the foundation is a perfect match.
It doesn't have full coverage. I still can see some small stains on my face. The concealer doesn't my dark circles. I guess I was hoping for better results. The foundation shade match pretty good my skin and it feels light. I'm planning to return it, because I am sure I'm not going to pay all that money and not using the product.
It wouldn't take my credit cards. It said they were prepaid cards but neither of them were. I had to buy it regular for my card info to work.
I really didn't notice any differenxe between this.product and my concealer & foundation or even my tinted moisturizer. And those products are less expensive.
The process took a little while, but I appreciated that reps engaged with me on social media and then sent me to customer service directly. It was pretty easy. I was surprised the color did not match at first. But the replacement color does. I was shocked to see how similar (in the bottle) they look because the first match seemed pretty far off to me. I am not sure I think this product is worth the cost. Once the color was matched, this really isn't any better than anything else I've bought. But it was an easy process and I had some fun with it.
I thought I could get the code: welcome 10 to apply on my first time order but there is no code for me to click and my order was already processed without applying the code. I am upset.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
