The one that I received wasn't a perfect match, but after my contour and highlight routine, it blended pretty well. I just ordered another one today that seemed to be a better match. I absolutely love the primer and concealer. Although the foundation didn't match, it definitely looked like skin! I will be ordering again!
Usually when you buy a product and are not happy with it the company says to return it but there are always snafus. Not so with Il Makiage. I returned the product and was offered a credit to use on another product! I was very impressed - I have not received the new product yet but will rate it when I do.
I love IL Makiage - So far everything I've ever tried, I love, and will continue to keep in my arsenal.
They do everything they say they can do, and the try before you buy option is fantastic! I've only had to send something back twice, and it was replaced same week - Customer service is stellar!

I have an existing order that is reoccurring, an on two occasions the order has been sent out but taken a while to receive. That is my only complaint. My order was sent out 3/28 and I still have not received the shipment.
My package was late and I was sent a code for 20% off my next order. Of course I ordered something right away. I love their products. Beautiful results! And I am picky!

I took the test online which said it would match your shade. Mine is a little lighter than my skin tone but only noticeable to me. I got a promotional bottle plus a mystery product for $5.00. I didn't realize at the time that there was a condition that if I kept it for 2 weeks or something they would charge me for a full price bottle and send me another one. So imagine my surprise when I saw a $45.00 charge on my debut card for this company. I did get in touch with a rep and was able to get a refund for it. I do not intend on buying from this company again. The makeup they sent me was fine, but I get the same quality from my regular bottle of CoverGirl at the drug store for $6.00. I don't see a reason to spend more than that for makeup.
I haven't tried it or even received it yet so my review is just to say the process seems easy and hopefully it results in the right tone (colour) of tanner for me. I will write another review when I try it after it arrives.
Overall great experience love my power rewind. Wish the packaging was different, have no clue when its about to run out. The bottle is seems to have more product then it actually does. This stuff is worth every penny.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
