Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! I didn't expect to be compensated nor did I ask for a replacement or refund. My purchase (Woke up like this) was a shade off and too orangish-yellow. They offered and insisted that I am completely satisfied with the purchase/product. They notified me that a replacement is in its way! No pressure. Absolutely amazed by employees and their compassion for their clients.
Love their customer support! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues!

Shopping on the Il Makiage site was very easy and I was able to find what I needed. The only thing I wasn't sure about is if the baked eyeshadow refill pans will fit into the original baked eyeshadow containers or if there is also an empty palette that Il Makiage has that I can purchase for the refill eyeshadows. But shopping was easy and simple. I can't wait to receive my baked eyeshadows. This is my first time purchasing the Il Makiage baked eyeshadows, but I love baked products.

I really appreciated how the company reached out to me via email to ensure I was happy with the product. I was—mostly—and wouldn't have taken the time to return because of that. But, because they asked, I told them the one area I wasn't totally happy with (regarding the shade) and now they're sending me a replacement—without me even asking. The customer service strategy strikes a great balance; reaching out, suggesting solutions, but not being pesky or overbearing. Really happy!

I really wanted this work for me. The shade was spot on, made me look flawless, I'm in my mid 40's with no make up experience at all. The foundation was so simple to use and gave Hollywood results. However my skin didn't respond well and I started to break out. Coverage was great but not worth the breaking outs when used. I would definitely recommend if your not acne prone, it's the real deal.

Not sure about the foundation, I didn't get the primer, so that may be why, but it feels heavy & is a bit light for my skin color, I do however like so far the Plump serum

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
