Can't use anything else! Great product makes the skin flow less!

Absolutely love the make up so I decided to try the moisturizer and eye shadow!

I was pleasantly surprise when the color match for the makeup was perfect. Very happy with the product.

Taking the quiz and selecting the shade was easy.super excited to see my shade on me. I'll check in when it get here and I do my face adiós

I finally gave in and put in an order to try a few of your products. Shortly thereafter, I received a text about the 20% off promotion if I added other items to my cart. I proceeded to do that, but when the payment was confirmed, the promotional discount was not applied.

I received the wrong color foundation it should have been #170… and also the liquid liner it dry unable to use the products ‍‍

Typical sneaky auto-recharge racket. They consider not returning your first purchase to be consent to receive auto shipments. As if that wasn't bad enough, the product sucks. No coverage but still somehow cakey. I was essentially punished for not hating it enough to send it back and keep it as a backup for my usual foundation. WILL NOT purchase from this company again.

I like the website and all the knowledge. I purchased quite a few items as well. I was hoping it would only be about a week for delivery so I would be able to take it in vacation. Unfortunately, only a label created for the last two weeks. No shipment in sight. I'm very disappointed.

When I am trying a new product the last thing I want is to be pressured to buy more. Plus I tried to do the questionnaire and once in you can't get out. Or skip a step because it doesn't apply.

I ordered the foundation. Took a little longer than they thought it would. So I was sent me a email letting me know with a fifteen dollar off coupon. Received my package two days later. Love the foundation and brush! Can't wait for my next box to arrive!

There needs to be more payment options, whether you are making a one time purchase or a subscription box
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard etc.
Not everyone has a credit card. Having a hard time with this

I feel even though I couldn't find my shade, you guys went above and beyond to make me happy. You've signed me out numerous of coupons and still wanted to keep me as a customer. This is a awesome company to try. I will recommend anyone because you guys know how to make it right with your customers.

It's very expensive and it was just not that great. It made my face look like dead skin. It wasn't pretty at all ughhhhh!

I felt that the make up was too matte and made my skin look dull. Also too yellow.
Feel that illuminate from Revlon was much more economical and a netter match..
