I finally gave in and put in an order to try a few of your products. Shortly thereafter, I received a text about the 20% off promotion if I added other items to my cart. I proceeded to do that, but when the payment was confirmed, the promotional discount was not applied.
I received the wrong color foundation it should have been #170… and also the liquid liner it dry unable to use the products
Typical sneaky auto-recharge racket. They consider not returning your first purchase to be consent to receive auto shipments. As if that wasn't bad enough, the product sucks. No coverage but still somehow cakey. I was essentially punished for not hating it enough to send it back and keep it as a backup for my usual foundation. WILL NOT purchase from this company again.
I like the website and all the knowledge. I purchased quite a few items as well. I was hoping it would only be about a week for delivery so I would be able to take it in vacation. Unfortunately, only a label created for the last two weeks. No shipment in sight. I'm very disappointed.

When I am trying a new product the last thing I want is to be pressured to buy more. Plus I tried to do the questionnaire and once in you can't get out. Or skip a step because it doesn't apply.

I ordered the foundation. Took a little longer than they thought it would. So I was sent me a email letting me know with a fifteen dollar off coupon. Received my package two days later. Love the foundation and brush! Can't wait for my next box to arrive!

I ordered the serum, face foundation combo with brush. That was recommended by quiz. In the order with free gift.
THIS IS DAY 2 AND I HATE THIS PRODUCT! It's not as advertising at all. It does not minimize fine line poors or any other blemishes as it say it does the foundation is in fact cakey shows more fine lines not all day wear and on top of it all it did not come with brush.
I would like to return and receive my full refund not worth the hype or cost at all.

I ordered the self Tanner and foundation when I didn't receive shipping notification and hadn't received my product in 5 days I reached out it I received a QUICK response and was promptly issued a new order with receipt of shipping the next day along with a"coupon"which I immediately used towards lipstick the customer service is impeccable if the product is as good as that I'm a customer for life

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
