You sent me e gift card to be use in my next purchase but in the payment section there is no way to enter the amount. That's not acceptable. Please make a way to review all the e gift card that you sent me and deduct it from my current purchase
I found the website easy to use and find the products I wanted to purchase. When i got to the checkout screen with my 15% off coupon code sent to me by Il Makiage, there was no field to put in the code. I emailed customer support and they said there is a field and just put the code in it. I tried different browsers and different payment methods, but there is NO coupon field to use my code. That's my only complaint. I bought the products anyway, but would have loved that small discount.
Was truly amazed and ready to have it always on hand however each time I used it I used very little to try to "save" it. Like half the size of a skittle for both eyes which I think you are supposed to use way more. I also didn't even use it every day. The bottle lasted less than 20 days and that's not with using it every day.
The way the bottle is packed you can't even unwrap and "try" to get every last drop out.
Fun but way to expensive for such little amount of product.
I received product I bought and it was after my return period that I decided the shade wasn't quite right. I contacted the company and asked how to change my next shipment to better match my skin tone and the company replaced the foundation for free. I'd been using the original product for a month already. I don't know many other companies that would respond so quickly to a customer email and provide a free replacement.
I followed a quiz/agreed to answer some questions under the guise of receiving $20 and a sample of a serum. At the end of the "quiz," I agreed to receive a sample of the anti-aging serum and then received an email that I was being charged $59 plus tax, S & H. Not cool at all, Il Makiage, not cool.
First I was worried about choosing a color on line, or to have one chosen for me - but I'm happy I pulled the trigger. I'm super happy with the color, texture & lasting effects of the foundation. Goes on incredibly smooth, with nice coverage! I will be ordering again!
Products are amazing... so far have bought the eye liner, concealer, moisturizer and foundation... the quiz nailed it with the coloring of everything! Very happy!
I ordered Il Makiage, but unfortunately the colour was not right at all and so I contacted customer care. The lady 'Holly' who dealt with my query was so helpful, she went through a new colour match with a variety of questions and very kindly left the wrong colour with me to give to a friend.
The new make up is absolutely perfect and coverage is excellent. I will definitely buy again and have already refered to 4 friends.

The site is easy to use however I had trouble finding my matching color. I am an Asian and my skin color has a yellow undertone which I couldn't find on the site. I did the best I could and hope that I picked the right color.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
