I was pleased with customer service.
The product didn't work for me maybe bc I ordered wrong skin type.
Customer service was excellent!

I ordered Woke Up Like This and loved the texture and application. However the shade made me grey looking. I reached out to customer service and they helped me select another shade and in under an hour from sending my first message they set me up with a replacement for free! Awesome response

The color I received wasn't right compared to my skin (too light) and didn't last throughout the day.

I ordered foundation and self tanner. Only my foundation was delivered. I emailed customer service and within an hour I got a response they were sending another and also gave me a generous gift card to make up for the mistake. I love the foundation. It matched me perfectly. The self tanner is amazing. I love you don't have to wash it off and it dries super fast. I've got friends ordering now! I will be ordering again!

Had 2 different 'perfect match' shades and neither were correct

I want to try it. I do not want to subscribe and pay every 3 months. Misleading in the representation. Railroaded

I'm an Interior Designer with hotels ect busy job trying to manage wrong color was too much work.
Should be easy to have confidence in product.
Especially if not right

I was so nervous to try this because of all my other negative experiences with self tanner.
I'm so glad I gave this a try! It's better than I imagined! It's the perfect shade and so easy to apply. I'm a bit of a "mess every thing up" kind of person, I couldn't mess this up if I tried!

First color was off didn't cover like the video I suggest a primer

The foundation in spot on and lasts all day. The color matched my skin tone and it goes on easily with great coverage.

I ordered the tanning foam. This is my second time buying it. It's super easy to put on and hydrating! ( My skin is sensitive) There's no orange after tone. I highly suggest it.

I needed to exchange my foundation and I missed the window but they did it for me anyways.

I made an order back in February or March and I never received it so I make another order, I haven't received it and I'm getting extra charges on my card, so do if the company is real or not

Ordering was fast and easy. I did have some questions and they were able to answer them.

I ordered two products from them and I would get the brush for free and did not. I actually had to by the brush. I know they or on Facebook I will post this up there so know one else has the same problem.

I purchased the foundation and the match was perfect. I loved how it looked and feel. The customer service is top notch. My dogs knocked my foundation bottle off my vanity causing it to break. I only had it for a month and customer service was amazing at helping me with a replacement bottle in time for my daughter's graduation ceremony. I love this company
