It's very hard to match my skin tone. I was skeptical about matching it with a test and not trialing colors. It came and was a perfect match. I'm impressed
After I purchased my product, I received and immediate email with an introduction. Unfortunately when I received my product, it was damaged. That is not why I wanted to return the product. The product just left my face oily and too dark. Which is okay. That particular product was just not for me. Your response time for my concern was immediate. I don't always get that from other companies. Also, your communication was clear and easy to read. You immediately handled it. I was very impressed by this and the extra gift you sent. There are other products that I am looking at and look forward to trying them. The liquid eyeliner is great! Liked it alot. Can't wait to get my lip liner. Love love love the foundation (using medium coverage)! Not a daily foundation user but love this one enough to use it pretty much daily! Stays on beautifully all day long, doesn't get dry of cakey. Very natural looking!
I bought some eyeshadow and mascara as a birthday gift to myself. I believe in using quality products and Il Makiage is some of the best makeup I've ever used.
The foundation color and texture on my face is flawless. It hides everything and makes you feel beautiful without feeling artificial. Take the quiz, if your shade doesn't vibe, they will replace with one that will. This is my 2nd shipment coming and I probably should have ordered 10 days earlier as I am just about out. Last order was received in late February and I don't always wear it everyday. Good solid product and highly recommend. May you look as beautiful as I do too!
It's more than I expected, I was worried it would not be what everyone was raving… met my expectation. Happy I gave it a try. I will be ordering more of their products, hope they are just as good as this.
Sadly disappointed in this concealer. It's has a very dry look under the eye, which in turn makes the whole eye look dull. I will not be buying again.

I was so excited to try a new makeup foundation. After seeing some great reviews I decided on Il makiage. I placed an order about a month ago and nothing ever showed. Pretty discouraging. Not a reliable brand.
Ordering was easy, took a bit to get here. They offered a free mascara with my order, never to be seen so that part is a scam. The product does work as described. You really can't put makeup over it though so keep that in mind. I also don't think it works for 7 hours, maybe 3.
So, I was charged for a product I DID NOT purchase or want. Emailed customer service right away when I seen the email confirmation. They emailed me back right away saying they can't cancel the order and may I tell you, the order was made no less than 10 mins. Like, what do you mean you can't cancel the order!, it hasn't even been fulfilled yet! And the ridiculous part is, it takes days for an order to be fulfilled, and let alone, giving me a coupon thinking it'll make it up by charging me for something I didn't want and wanted to cancel. Sorry, but when I say no to a product, your coupon can't change my mind. Not wanting the product literally means not wanting it. Customer service sucks and the system needs to be more updated to where customers can still cancel an order they didn't place. Also telling me I have to wait until the product gets shipped out and after me receiving it, I can send the product back within 30 days for a full refund. I dont get why you just can't save time and money and not ship out the product and just refund me back the money. It also saves you money on 2 shipping labels. Super irritated!
But overall on the product that I did actually buy, did not live up to the expectations I thought it'd be like how it claims on its advertisements. Took the quiz and the product received came out too orange. It made my face feel oily and super sticky as soon as I put it on. I wished it wasn't too orange nor did it make my face feel oily or super sticky, otherwise, I really wished to have kept the product.
I got their foundation and took a while to try it it was good i loved it but just not the right color even though i was late for return they still did it for free and the customer service was really understanding and helpful. Glad i found them.
I can't thank the team enough for all the help and support. I had an issue with the coverage on my foundation and concealer. I addressed my concerns after a few clarifying emails, my issue was completely fixed! I'm super excited. I can't wait to get the new shade and try it. Customer service was amazing thorough and professional. I love this product and all that comes with it!

At 47 and never been a make up person I decided f&$@ it and try this. Took the quiz a few times and got the same results so I ordered. Now I love foundation. It doesn't sink into my fine lines and is the best match I have ever experienced. Plus the mascara! I'm obsessed.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
