Have ordered several times in the last few years and I love their makeup and skincare.
Last couple of times I have attempted to contact customer service. For one, if you think your expired card is not working, they will somehow be able to charge your current account although I've never updated the card. Also I placed an order on 5/30/23 and it showed 3 separate orders, I was confused by the auto replenish and buying a single item. I love ilmakiage, Nicole has always been a sweetheart and getting back to me and making sure I have what I need but these last couple of orders I've haven't been able to get a response from the customer
Service department. I just want to include the price of the items as one whole order. Please let me know thank you!

It was pretty to navigate your website however it seems the discount I used does not reflect on my total. You gave me discount of 20% off with in 15 minutes of my first purchase and I used another discount $15 e- gift code. I still paid about 25$. I don't understand.

I ABSOLUTELY love this foundation! It is actually the best foundation and I've tried MANY brands from high end to convenience stores. It covers perfectly and evenly! I have oily skin and it helps a lot paired with matte primer. Stays on all day and doesn't melt all over the place! The quiz was spot on. I am definitely a lifetime customer!

I'm in my 60's and it's hard to find a foundation that doesn't cake on, make my lines more prominent and last all day. However, now I have found it! I am absolutely in love with this foundation. It goes on creamy smooth, it's lightweight, and OMG the coverage is fantastic! Plus, this foundation decreases the lines and lasts all day and night, I'm really in love with this foundation and will definitely be a forever customer. I promise, the foundation will not disappoint you at all. I get compliments all the time and am asked what kind of foundation I'm wearing.
