I had a 20.00 dollar gift code, I just went to the site by clicking in the email with the gift code. I didn't have to copy and paste or remember the code I just placed my order and the 20.00 was automatically deducted. That how I got yet another order of my favorite Mascara.

I was going to use my 15$ e-promo code I received, and then decided to also make an annual replenishment plan. I got the 30% off but what about those -15$? As soon as I changed my preference to the annual replenishment option the price bounced back up from 54 (including tax) to 66. Doesn't seem legit. I like your products but this really disappointed me bc it felt like a bait.

I purchased some product in April and I love it; however, my problem is with the site. I'm having difficulty navigating the website... I cannot seem to figure out what I actually did on the website today...
I'm afraid I may have purchased more than one thing...
The website is just not very user-friendly.
But I do really like the products! And I'm expecting to hear back from their customer service in the next 24 hours!

Had problem with color match with first bottle. They made it right with a new color with no issues. I love the coverage it is great. Love the feel it's not real thick feeling on my face. Will be ordering again and using their other products as well.

I love this mascara. This is my second time ordering this product and will continue to do so. This mascara makes my lashes so long and full looking. It also lasts me several months (I am a daily make up wearer) so it is well worth the cost.

Received a color match that was not what my skin tone was. Asked for an exchange but they automatically picked a much lighter color that was no where near my skin tone. I've ordered from this company a lot and never had issues until recently.
I'm a little annoyed and had to order a color I've gotten in the past.

I feel it makes my skin smoother and softer-I feel a difference on the texture. Doesn't dry my skin out or make it feel oily. Love oh
