Hi, the face foundation you guys send did not match my skin, it is too pale and didn't cover at all, how can I return it, both the foundation and the eye concealer. I was not impressed at all. Please let me know how I can mail this product back to you.

I love this makeup, I get lots of compliments from family and total strangers. The shade was a little darker than I was expecting but I contacted customer service and was sent a lighter shade with no problems. Thank you for your great service and products.

IL Makiage foundation is perfect for me. I have Rosacea and After Party foundation gives me full coverage that lasts all day. I continously get comments on how the color matches my skin perfectly.

I bought the Power Rewind - anti aging flash firming & de-puffing eye treatment. Hardly used it and only used very little of it. Already doesn't allow me to pump anymore out of it. For the price you pay, and it's not cheap, you don't get much out of it

It wasn't easy to add this order ( 2 new products) to my existing account. I wanted to just order along w/ my subscription order. After multpiple attempts, I got frustrated and just didn't order for a long while. Thought I'd give it a chance again today and placed order separately.

I have tried many products, either it made me look older or my skin dry. Since I started using ilmakage I get comments on how pretty I look, or how my skin looks so good. I don't understand how this payment plan thing works. When and how much am I going to get charged. I couldn't understand I read it several times.

Matches and is light weight great coverage liquid foundation. Doesn't smell like paint thinner like Lancôme liquid foundation does. Also not as greasy or oily looking.

I should've had the chance to review my order between PayPal and the website and the website skipped that step and went straight to "purchased." Reached out to customer service and they were more interested in telling me I couldn't use a coupon than the fact that the website misdirected. Now I'd like to cancel my order because I'm not getting what I wanted for what I wanted to pay for it. Let's see if that's a fight.

I received a primer that is not pumping and a foundation that is kinda not runny so it's so hrs pump it and I returned and tell them about the issue and they said I can keep the product and have me a new one.and When I received the new it was perfect!Excellent products

I got a 50.00 credit because my shade was too light. I only had 2 days before it expired. I was able to get a mascara with great reviews and the lip color had a really good picture. I'm looking forward to getting my goodies!
