I gave a 4 star ordering experience, because I didn't receive the 10% first order promo code (Welcome10) prior to me placing my order. I was unaware that the promo code would be delivered via email. Found that out as I was checking my emails for my order confirmation.
They messed up my shade for the foundation the first time, sent me a gift card to apologize and when I finally use it, I'm somehow enrolled in their auto-replenishment for the primer I ordered. I'm sure they will claim I did it for the free gift (I didn't know there was one until I received my order confirmation email) but all I wanted was a one-time purchase of the primer, no free gift (I don't use foundation brushes) or auto-replenishment. I eventually unenrolled myself after being bombarded with 50 different marketing ploys to purchase more products but wasn't able to remove my payment method from their site either. Give me a million dollars in coupon codes and I'd still never shop here again!

I made my first purchase, and the product did not have the coverage I expected. Someone emailed me a follow up to see how I liked the products. After explaining to them that the coverage was not enough they asked me some specific questions. I then received an email saying that a new product has been shipped at no charge. I did not ask for anything more. They went above and beyond to keep a new customer which I can appreciate.

When it comes to make-up, I am not as knowledgeable as I would like to be. Based on the advertisement, I was excited to have my face look good for my birthday. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong shade of make up. I was very disappointed, as I looked like a ghost after application. I reluctantly reached out to II Makiage via email and they responded to me, and corrected my order with no additional charge, or hassle. I am actually in shock of their quick and professional response.

I didn't like my trial color.CS was great with help and suggestions. The link to re order, at no cost, didn't work. CS stepped in and did the order. They provided me with a small gift certificate. When I tried to redeem I was charged full amount but I am confident they will remedy. The web site is not user friendly yet. Products seem top of the line. The foundation coverage was lovely.
The color of the product is not just the right color and ended up coloring my skin a orange/ yellow tone. It came off when washed with soap. I purchased the under makeup sealer, so I will see what happens when I use that. Other than that I was really happy with the product. My husband thought it was too thick but then he usually sees me wearing a light powder that turns to makeup by Clinique. I had to use concealer with it too which I didn't like. When I usually wear the Clinique product I put the concealer on extreme blemishes before putting on the powder. And poof you can barely see anything. But unfortunately I've aged and the powder makeup is no longer working with fine line and aging wrinkles.

The product packaging is great. Seems like the quality of the products are also good. My only real issue is the cost of the items when you live in Canada. On top of that I accidentally ordered the wrong item and I instantly sent a msg to have the issue fixed. But was told they do NOT fix such an issue. Even though they where notified before anything was done or processed etc which was crazy because then I had to place a second order rather then having everything come all at once. So I paid out the $#*!. I could understand if something was already packaged or shipped but the minute the order was placed I msged them. So as much as I think I will

I have emailed customer service 2x this year. Once to ask about pricing and changes to the price of my auto ship and today to ask for assistance in changing something about the product on my auto ship. Both times the customer service was useless and today after I said I was going to cancel my auto ship and re do it they went into my act and cancelled it causing more confusion. If they read what the customer asked and put some thought into it would be helpful. Otherwise I love the products and all my experience in past years has been excellent!
I bought their products including foundation one time from them, was terrible, the products are rubbish, really bad quality, And they send you those products again in next few months without any request, and they withdraw money from your account without permission. When you know they did this thing to you, and you will ask bank to change your bank details to avoid them to withdraw more money and when you ask their customer service to refund your money they not accept BSB and account number and they said we just can return the money to your original account because they know you change the orginal account detail, so they already took money and not give you back your money, so many time I ask from their customer service to get my new bank details and refund my money they didn't accept that.
I received an email about getting an discount on my next order. I went in and bought not one but two items, and paid full price. I emailed customer service and got no help. I plan on accepting this one last order

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
