I was a little skeptical at first but after trying their foundation and concealer I'm hooked! I just placed my 2nd order yesterday so I'm looking forward to receiving it.
I feel pleased with my initial inquiry with II Makiage. However I encountered a problem with the Spoiled Child, sister company. I tried to notify them without success. I hope your company is not as difficult as Spoiled Child.
The company il MAKIAGE should be put out of business. I have purchased a fake promotional offer where they tell you to try their make up for free. Immediately after (within one hour) of providing my information including credit card, I requested a cancellation because I became aware that they are fraudulent. I received 5 emails confirming that the cancellation went through. I even changed my credit card. However today I found a charge from them on my account for something I never received or purchased. Please put this company out of business once and for all. They commit fraud all the time and nobody takes action against them.
I didn't get the makeup as y et. I just see a lot of money got pulled from my account even though I wanted to try before I buy.
I just got my products today and OMG this stuff is beyond amazing. My dark spots discoloration redness was completely unnoticeable I was blown away with my results. I did the color quiz what they sent me was so spot on I've never had an exact match before with any other makeup before. I love how light weight silky smooth the foundation is and how flawless my skin looked. I'm hooked and I love it
I wanted one product and the website automatically added another product and charged me for it. When I tried to contact customer service within 5 minutes they said it had already been sent. You are for song me to but things I don't want! Bad experience
I love that every time I sign onto the company site, I get recommendations of products that customers with similar profiles also enjoy. I don't think I would otherwise go through the entire product list to discover their availability. I also appreciate the additional coupons that allow me to try out products at a discounted price.
I've never had a bad experience with this company. I've been using them for a couple of years now. There was a shipping mishap a while back when I moved, but customer service was quick to respond and resolved the issue in a timely manner. They were super kind and ended up giving me a code for $20 off my next purchase. Highly recommend! The website is easy to navigate and the check out is simple. They even let you add on items at a discount, which is always a nice thing if you need more products. Also, I love the products! Especially the mascara, concealer and foundation! I just ordered some new products to try!
The foundation I ordered just happened to be a shade off. I expressed my concern and in no time someone got back to me and I should have a new foundation shipped soon at no cost. Great experience all around.

I received an e-gift coupon in the mail so I clicked the code and it redirected me to the site to purchase. I have new skin tone so I decided to use the trial foundation. Once I purchased the trail run I contacted IT to make sure my E-gift was received since my assumption from clicking the code would automatically be in with my order. I was informed by JORDAN T. That unfortunately e-gift can not be used in trials so I decided to not waste my e-gift and purchase again with a new order on a different product. I placed the code BDBOGOX9TQF9XC in the box and a little graphic popped up and said yay you have received your e-gift. Pressed purchased. After purchase I wanted to confirm that it was used and AGAIN was told that it never went through. Ok I know I put the code in and would like my last order refunded if I can not get my e-gift purchase.
I ordered foundation following your guide, but I think I made a mistake and was sent a very wrong color for me. But I sent them an email stating it is too orange and they respond right away and are trying to help me find the right color they have been very Pleasant to work with

The customer experience is beyond the norm. The email customer interaction is on task, as I had several questions and they reply quickly, very cordial and just professional. The lip crayon is very nice, also the liner and I love the Lip gloss.

These products are unlike no other, I am obsessed with so many of the products. I have ordered anywhere from foundations, mascara, pencils, eye brow pencils, bronzers, lipstick & gloss to concealer and many brushes and many more. There is not one product i can say I have ordered that isn't fantastic. Alrhough i have spent alot of money through the year. Every penny was worth it. I see it as you get what you pay for and i can honestly say these products are high quality items! Keep making new products Il Makiage because you have a loyal customer here :)
This primer is the only one I'll use ever! It eliminates the appearance of pores and makes the skin look smoother, younger and more healthy. I definitely recommend this product!

Really like this product. Foundation was perfect. IL Makiage sun foam was great- most tanners have a bad smell, no small at all, no drying time and a instant tan on my face. Only have 4 stars because it just took so long to get the product. But they totally made up for it with a $25 gift card. I will order again and tell my friends about it.
