This is the only makeup I wear anymore. From base to top they are all great products that cover and conceal but still look normal, not the over-the-top look that a lot of other types of makeup can do to you (leave you looking like a clown).

I tried to go back to add a foundation that was chosen after doing a brief questionnaire and it was impossible. Emailed Customer Service to see if they could help and I was sent an email saying the team was available 7 days a week and would respond within 24 hours. With a reference # given.

I'm in my 60s and have very weird combo skin, still break out, and have wrinkles. Oy. This makeup is perfect for me. It lasts all day, the match was spot on, and it doesn't make me break out or accentuate my wrinkles. I'll be buying this forever.
Only complaint is that the total is not translated to Canadian dollars until you are on the last screen. Not sure is wil reorder due to cost
I cannot say enough great things about Il Makiage. The customer service is dedicated to making sure you are happy with your product. I love that you can try before you buy. I have used that several times, but never return anything because their products are beyond stellar. High pigment, high quality, lasts long, feels great on your skin (no matter the product) & looks phenomenal. Freaking love this brand.
This product is very new to me. I'm still in the process of learning what advantage it will do to my skin. The first order I use so far, makes my skin really soft and smooth, but I was hoping it covers the dark spots. I have to apply it so thick to cover the spots, but it makes my face look too dark, and I can feel how think it is, which makes me feel uncomfortable and look burned in the sun. I'm one who use light makeups, so I'm not happy with it. I requested to have the color changed on my next order, and so I'm looking forward to see the difference. Also, I can't wait to see what magic the plumping cream will do. Fingers crossed!
This is the second time I'm using your company by the time I was done with my order only for foundation I m told I ordered an add-on for $34 bronzer that I have tried in vein to have removed from my account then I get the lie well it's already shipped I just ordered and checked my emails and got the surprise I ordered it which I did not so now I have to send it back that's the reason why I stopped using this company the first time but they have the most fantastic foundation I have ever used so I put up with the crap to get the only makeup I will ever use thanks
I love Il Makaige's eyeliners and I wanted to try one of their lipliners. The shade I chose did not go well with my skin tone and returning the lipliner was quick and painless! I can't say that is the case for other makeup companies!
On 07/18/23 I put a product in the cart and the cart changed the product. I tried this several times with the same result. I placed the order & sent a message to customer service. I sent another message after 24 hours.
Two days have passed & I have not had an answer to either of my emails.
UPDATE as of 07-21-2023: They asked me to reach out to customer service and stated that they would help me. I have already reached out to customer service TWICE before making this review, and both times they refused to help me, stating that my pre-paid annual auto-replenishment could not be used for a lesser coverage foundation.
Once you sign up for an auto-replenishment, you cannot ADD additional products to that auto-replenishment. And even worse, if you get roped into their pre-paid annual auto-replenishment, you CANNOT change to a lesser coverage type of foundation! This is ludicrous! For instance, for a couple of years, I used their "Woke Up Like This" Foundation and really liked it; decided to try the "After Party" coverage once and then wanted to go back to what I always used, "Woke Up Like This", and now they are telling me I will have to pay for each one of those shipments because they cannot apply my pre-payment to a lesser coverage, only a fuller coverage. How does that make sense?
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
