I bought a product and forgot it was a try before you buy. As soon as I was charged, I emailed wondering why, I'm thinking I got charged twice. They emailed me the next day to explain to me what was going on and also sent me a gift certificate. It was quick and easy and I was very satisfied with the process and products.Thanks, these days it is so hard to deal with customer service you don't hear back you don't know if they've tried to sneak in a subscription in the fine print! IL MAKIAGE is completely honest, I really appreciate that and like the very timely response!

You sent me a $15 gift card. I clicked on it - tried to renew my makeup order and it didn't work. Very difficult to determine why. I drew the conclusion it was because originally those purchases I used the quiz to determine the color choice. I decided to add a brush (45$) to my order, and it still didnt work.
Poor customer service and appears intentional to get customers to come back but not get to use the credit.
My experience was good. If I can say anything not positive is that there are so many to choose from and I loved all the colors.

I don't spend a lot of money on makeup but I love Il Makiage makeup too much to not! It's great quality, it will last me awhile, and they are so friendly. They really make sure their customers are happy and if something's wrong they immediately fix the issue!
Ordered my products and received them in the mail. The colors didn't work for me, they were too light. A couple days later I got an email to see how the products worked for me. Told them they didn't work too well and the next day I had new products (different colors) coming to me at no extra charge! Happy with the customer service! Thank you!'
I am absolutely amazed at the customer service of this company! I did the online color match, and while the color would have been perfect had I been able to spend my summer outside, it was a tad too dark. I reached out via email, and within 6hrs someone had reached back out and assisted me with trying out another color. Not only that, for any inconvenience they reward you for your patience. More companies should take some notes on what Makiage provides their customers. I cannot wait to continue trying out their products. They are my new go to!

I saw this ll Makiage on social media and I thought oh I should try it out. I took the test 3 times and finally I said what the heck ill go ahead and try their foundation. So 1st order my foundation color and coverage were off and I emailed customer service and they quickly responded. They were quick to try a different color. So I got the second order, and the color was off, but coverage is on point. The 3rd order they sent without hesitation, and it was all on point. I love the After Party foundation and the primer. Plus they offered me gift cards to try something else or use when I reorder for not getting the color right the first and second time. I'm am very pleased on the products and customer service! Love it!

They overcharge my account multiple times and never tried to refund me instead gave me gift codes. Horrible horrible I will never recommend this company!
One of the many things I really like about ordering from Il makiage is that they truly tell us what the product can do for, make recommendations, what and the fact that if you are not happy with the product you have the option of return or exchange for another of the excellent products. It is a pleasure to order and try products and the quality of all products I have bought or tried is excellent, I always keep them!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
