I accidentally clicked for an add on and immediately went to cancel but could only send an email. Got an email back 2 mins later saying "too late", what do you mean? I JUST clicked it. I did not plan to spend the extra $50 that the add on was priced and the automated response on "well just return it!" Made it seem like they didn't even try to cancel it for me. Very very frustrating. Will probably cancel my auto ship now due to customer service and lack of ability to fix issues like these.

I ordered a foundation that didn't quite match me, they automatically shipped me a new color to try. Unfortunately that one didn't quite match, and I found that the foundation was a bit too greasy for my liking. I was enrolled in the auto-ship program and didn't see the option to cancel. I contacted Customer Service and they walked me through it right away to have it cancelled.

I have had terrific experiences with the Il Makiage customer service! I needed to return one item (just didn't work for me), and was credited quickly. My first foundation was too light, so that was exchanged, now I am a regular customer using the replenish plan. They know their business and aim to please their customers! Well done!

I first found the foundation an was a little skeptical, BUT I can honestly say Ive never been happier with with a makeup foundation as I am with this one! The coverage and it goes on so well, AND my other foundation broke my face out an this one doesn't bother my face at all! I've also gotten the liquid eyeliner and the pencil and both are so great! So now when ppl comment about my makeup and how great it looks they are thinking I must be using some HUGE name brand BUT nope its IL MAKIAGE!
My 15yo daughter tried this out, didn't like it and cancelled the subscription. They sent it again 4 months later & my husband had her re-cancel it. The next time it came he returned to sender, RE-CANCELLED subscription, reported it to credit card company. It came again 4 months after last instance, called credit card company again, they said Il Makiage said its an active subscription. We have reported this company twice as fraudulent. We have a video of turning off the subscription, submitting it and then going back to the original screen, and it has repopulated the order on its own, I'm not attaching video because my daughter's personal info is on it & I'm sending it to the credit card company. But I took screenshots of the steps we took and attached here. But do not order from them, you will get ripped off & the order number attached to this is the original # and the follow ups are just +1, +2, +3

I liked the foundation but they don't let you cancel the subscription. I've gone in multiple times to cancel it and will get confirmation then a couple minutes later it turns back on by itself and tries to charge me. I've talked to multiple people on customer service and they give the same bs email back saying they've cancelled it when I can see in my account it's still active and never received an email confirmation saying it's cancelled. They are just a bunch of scammers

I would have purchased a lip and concealer palettes but I am tight on money. If they offer pay in 4 schemes re: Klarna, Afterpay, Pay Later (PayPal) I would have splurge. I only got the concealer. So sad.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
