I recently tried your makeup & it's a no for me. There was not much matching. I then tried the concealer same thing, no match! I did the auto ship method & due to miscommunication that was a fail too. I sent email to customer service to return my shipment & cancel. Hopefully this works out!
I decided to try the "After Party" in hopes of finding the perfect amount of coverage. When I received it, I found it to be way too much coverage and the shade was too light. I reached out for guidance and the IL Makiage team was quick to respond and switched me back over to my original "woke up like this" so that I can work to layer/build to the perfect amount of coverage. It appears that the order (free replacement) has already been created and I look forward to receiving it soon!
I don't think you should post the total amount of your purchase to the customers check account when you are trying before you buy

All I wanted was a different shade of foundation. First I couldn't get in communication with you and then no o e could tell me what color I needed so I could order it!
You can only email customer service with absolutely no help except for canned responses. If you have an issue it's totally reliant on email. Their phone number leads to a message. Il Makiage sells your information. They gave my financial information to another company (SpoiledChild) and they charged me $63. This company creates an account on their website so you don't know it's created. Their website is set up to be an obstacle for cancellation when you finally realize their game/scam. They offer no solutions except ones in their favor. Please check these review sites and the BBB. They have a "F" on the BBB with similar complaints to mine.

This company is seriously proud about their products. The shade that I ordered was too dark. They contacted me and asked me how did I like the products. When I mentioned the problem they immediately proceeded to replace it. I'm amazed on how great they are. Can't wait to receive the new shade.
Ordered 2 foundations on bogo. Added a much less expensive product to qualify for free shipping. They gave me the cheap product free instead of one of the foundations. Cancelling my order if they don't change it.

The matching did not come perfectly as they advertise 1 shade off which with makeup makes a difference. What I like about the product it is light doesn't weigh on my skin, my face is still breathing. I have very sensitive skin and had 0 rash wearing this foundation to me this is marvelous! It holds okay but I've seen better but the ones that hold better causes rashes, so I prefer Ilmakiage I don't do multi layers of foundation cause I like a ver natural look but will try it soon as I have an event and see how it goes and the hold is better with a multi layer.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
