This is my second Il Makiage purchase. I will not purchase any other foundation because this has been perfect! As the title say, it is the best foundation ever!
Product never received. At checkout various screens popped up asking if interested - I thought I would see details on product, nope it was ordered. Couldn't cancel it. Charged for original product along with product I didn't order. At least 10 emails to request refund or replacement. Instead I was charged, again for the product. Another request to have product replaced or a refund. Waiting for status.
Although my package showed that it shipped successfully to my home; I never received it. My email of this concern several weeks later (due to personal reason) was responded to in LESS THAN 24 hours and solution set in motion immediately following my reply. Quick, kind and AMAZING customer service. 10 stars for this business!

I like the products I have gotten. When attempting to take advantage of your $20 off offer I ordered serum and decided to try your suggestion for foundation. Trying to check out and offers popping up for other products I wasn't in a position to purchase. I appreciate the quick response from customer service but the fact that the order was not canceled as requested immediately after the order was sent has left me to question your integrity. I will be returning the unwanted products and expect immediate reimbursement.

Overall a good experience but after spending $300 dollars CDN, I was thrilled I was going to be receiving a mystery gift to try. Received my order today….there was no mystery gift included!

I didn't like the foundation I ordered. I think I made the mistake of ordering full coverage, and it was really think and I hated how it felt on my skin. But they make returns super easy, and I got a free gift. Great customer service.

Hands down their customer service is EXCELLENT. They allowed me to exchange TWICE until the perfect match was found. I didn't have to send the two concealers that didn't work for me back. I will forever use their products!
I've been wanting to try this foundation for awhile now, but each time I took the survey to find my perfect match, I had the tendency to pick the color I wanted to be or look like and kept getting a different color # each time, but now they have the take a {virtual picture} of yourself to help match your skin tone! I'm hoping this will be the perfect match for me & "may the odds be ever in your color palette"… try before you buy~ you can't beat that! So what are you waiting on?
I have used Makiage foundation and love it, so I thought I'd try other products. I thought I would try the plumping cream. I paid more than expected, from $66 to $114, after exchange etc. I have been using it for almost a week, and find that I'm not as happy with it as I am with the foundation. I expected more than just an ok moisturizer.
I have been using your product for about 3 years and love it. I'm in my 60's and the makeup does not clog my pores. Part of my face was burned and has a tendency to clog easily causing days of problems.
The powerlift is amazing!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this company's customer service department. I was taught early on the if you have a smile in your voice that the customers can tell and with this company that is true both over the phone and by email. Bravo to whom ever is in charge of that area of the company!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
