I love everything about every product I use and the customer service is amazing!
I tried this foundation a few times in the past and I loved it! When I first put it on my face, both my sister and I were amazed! I decided to order it again after a hiatus and had to contact customer service with a question. I forgot how amazing their customer service is! They are prompt and always come through and respond and help. Much appreciated these days!
The concealer is great on my skin it stays perfectly all day. Good on my sensitive skin!

They charged me more than full price for the try before you buy and after a week of waiting for what the tracking says 3-5 days it still says another 5-10 days and it says it's in my city so I'm paying extra to not even try something I don't know if I want.
When you choose your foundation it basically forces you to choose the auto renewal option which thankfully I was able to go in and cancel afterwards however the company is just way to expensive and pushy so in my opinion I don't care wether or not the foundation is a match and looks good way too many cons and zero pros
Very very bad.I ordered only one foundation for $35 includes taxes and shipping and my visa was charged for $49.85…. I see one more charge of $39.87 which I don't know for what. Then you put me on auto replenish which I never ordered. So please cancel all the order. Or I will dispute these transactions on my visa. Very bad service. It felt like I was trapped. 2 years back also i had a very bad experince. And I thought I will try again but I am berry unhappy. Please fix it. Thanks

I love your product. I hate how you treat your customers so aggressively when ordering. You put something in my shopping cart that I did not want and I had no way to remove it. I finally figured that out. You also kept asking me questions I had answered. Stop doing this. I just need to order what I want and move on with my busy day.
Like the product but hate the fact that you are forced to subscript to a monthly replenishment before you can check out. There needs to be an OPT OUT option.

Came with a blending brush and a surprise gift. It's by far a effortless experience and the products are amazing my new go to foundation.
Product great, process awful. I had my entire replenishment box all set up and ready to go and it was supposed to be shipped out today and then all of a sudden I get a message saying it was declined but my account was still charged this is very frustrating to me and the second time it's happened.

Right now I use the foundation and I am looking forward to trying their lip plumping gloss, brows, and No Filter Serum. If I love the these products I'm definitely going to buy their moisturizer cream.
After placing your order, they offer you additional add on products at 20% off. If you accidentally click the button, it automatically adds that product to your bill without any review of the item or your total. It just automatically charges. I immediately contacted customer service requesting for the item to be removed from my order. They said it was "already being packed and shipped at the warehouse", which is the dumbest excuse to scam me into an unwanted item. So now I will be going through the hassle of returning an item to the post office because I never wanted it in the first place.
From start to finish, customer service and products, I give this firm 10 Stars!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
