Love can try new things before purchasing. I've tired others and rid not like so forgot to send back. Was waste of money BUT to be able to try others and get the same chance is cool.

When I ordered back in September, I ordered foundation through the free match quiz. I was able to get a replacement bottle when I had realized that I didn't get the right shade, they were fast to reply and sent out the correct one.
I purchased for the free trial which I had to pay the shipping fee, I didn't tell you to automatically subscribe me for future purchases, I want it cancelled. Let me get what I have purchased only.
It was an easy and smooth experience, and I applied my discount and now I can't wait to get my product.
Before I got my order I had some doubts. Usually when I buy any type of Foundation Makeup, the color would be off. But that wasn't the case with Makiage. The color was a perfect match. I would advise anyone that have trouble buying foundation. Just Try Makiage. They have an outstanding Customer Service Team. PS. I wasn't paid to give this review. The product is excellent
My first trial was the wrong color so they sent me a second one and that was very as well so I canceled it all together and got an email confirming it yet 8mo later they sent me another shipment that I did not order and charge me for it and now I can't get anybody to respond to me. I have sent at least three or four texts not only could not get the color right they are months later continuing to send me their product and charge me for it when I never even ordered it my subscription was canceled and I still have the email saved to prove it and nobody will respond. I am extremely disappointed and mad that I ever even tried it!
Ordering with II Makiage online is very easy and the products arrive in a timely manner and packaged well. While the makeup is a bit more pricey than what you would find in a store, it's worth it. The foundation Woke Up Like This is the best I've ever used for coverage. I love it.

Everything was really easy to choose and I loved learning my skin tones and finding my perfect match I was really happy to find that the questions that were asked were things I worry about and not just a simple turnback the time like every other makeup brand I have very sensitive skin and have to be very careful about what I put on it so I'm excited to see if I have finally found a product that will work well with my skin and not cause a huge hard to deal with breakout
I ordered a few products to try then they added on extra products and when I told them that I didn't order they said they couldn't cancel. Well I will be returning EVERYTHING I don't trust this company at all if they can just add things on and charge me for them without my permission! I was looking forward to trying them too. What a waste!
I kept seeing Ads for this and finally decided to give it a try. I will never go back to store bought product again. Not only is the product great but so is the customer service. My shade of foundation was just a little off, they helped me figure out what I need and sent me a new bottle. Their eyeliners are amazing and stay put, which I have always had issue with racoon eyes and constantly wasting money trying new products. Not anymore:-) The skin care product is top notch, my skin hasn't looked this good ever.

The foundation was disappointing, there isn't anything special about it. The results are the same as others I have tried. It settles into lines. I probably wont use it again.
During checkout the addons get purchased without notice. You will not know until you see your bank emails for charges. Emailed customer service within 10 minutes of order and received a response that the order can not be cancelled as it is sent to warehouse already. What the $#*! in 10 minutes? You think your customers are stupid
