They will suggest add-ons for 20% off after check out. You'll click to see the price reduced but OH WELL, you just paid for it. Further review shows they do warn you but it's tiny and who's reading that when they're just trying to price something. Hope it's awesome.
I love the makeup and the products, but with my most recent order, the gift code I applied initially worked when my subtotal was presented to me. However when the final charge came through on my credit card, it was processed for the full amount. I reached out to customer service via email and I don't think they understood what my issue was. I would not have even ordered if I knew that I was going to be charged the full amount for the product. They were unable to resolve or understand my problem and offered no refund or partial refund to my credit card. I will no longer be a customer sadly. Would have been an easy fix in my opinion.
A+ For IL MAKIAGE. Although I returned the 'Try Before You Buy', and it was not an exact perfect match, the formula itself was uniquely rich— luxurious feel to it & I have even suggested it to my Mother, who loves it and went on to purchase her own bottle of foundation! Due to your company's curtesy of gifting me a gift card in exchange for the unfortunate outcome, I decided to give another product a try. The Brow Mascara (shade Coco). I truly do have high hopes/ expectations for this product since you guys showed me your formulas are worth more than one try.
Thank you, to all of those whom have reached back out to me/kept in contact, right away, didn't 'shove' me off, didn't dilute the stress I was experiencing— both financially & mentally. Having fantastic, reliable, customer service support like you guys truly DOES make a massive difference. And that alone makes IL MAKIAGE most unique from other beauty empires, in my eyes.

Thus far I must say I love my foundation and I just ordered the no filter primer waiting on it to be delivered I'm excited about it as well
I ordered something and it costs a lot. I don't know if it's going to work or not. There were no discount codes or anything. And that kind of sucks. Also, since I ordered something 5 minutes ago, I've already received four emails from this company. That's too many emails.
I needed customer support and I waited until way after my trial date by accident. Customer support was amazing and super helpful. I have never been handled with so much care. I can tell that this is a great company and thei values are in the right place. And even though my product was the wrong shade the first go around, the quality of the product already spoke volumes.
I only ordered one product. I was very careful not to order no more than this product. I was given 2 products! It's really ticks me off, because I am a senior citizen with very limited income!

I can't wait to get this product! I am hoping it's as great as it seems - but considering everything I order from Il Makiage is amazing, I'm sure I won't be disappointed. I refuse to even do any other foundation since trying them and now I can't wait for this and I even decided to try the primer.
This is my favorite foundation I have used in a very long time. I have tried so many and this is the best one I have found. I also ordered the F*ck I'm Flawless Concealer and am very happy with that as well. This is the best concealer I have used. I'm well pleased with both the foundation and concealer.
Honestly the best makeup I've had a subscription for the under eye concealer for 2 years. Can't say enough how great this product is.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
