Easy ordering experience. Great products. I love the matte lipstick. Getting one in a pink color. Someone gave me one as a gift and I love it. Stays on so well.

I ordered some foundation. I noticed it made me look too dark and unnatural. I contacted Il Makiage and told them of the problem. Response was very quick. They are sending me new foundation in a lighter shade. I will continue to order from them because of this great service!

Their products are really good n costumer services are the best. Jus that I was not able to use my discount code on my next purchase...it did not show where to apply it. Other than that they are wonderful

Products are great! Better than my Lancôme and Chanel! But… the web site pushes too hard for auto renewals and subscriptions. I have a prepaid order that I placed by accident almost a year ago because the offer was unclear and I cannot find how much longer it ships and whether it auto renews. More end user control is critical.

I had been looking at these products for a while. I usually purchase high end products and have tried just about everything. Excellent customer support and follow up. Surpassed my expectations!

I opted for the 14 day trial, and was still charged. Disappointed in the customer service, I have not tried the product yet.

I thought i was paying for the try it on for 6.40. That is what the cart said they after I check out my card was charged 76.05 and 41.84. The amount for the try it in was charged at full price and the 41.84 was for something I had in my cart months ago but didn't show back up again until I paid.

Just try to cancel your order after being advised it will take 4+ months to arrive! Ya! Just try because it's not going to happen! Do not even think of ordering from them!

Always easy to sign in and change the frequency and modify an order. I love using ail Makiage and will continue to use the Auto Replenish selection. Nothing tricky about it which I appreciate.

Tried to say I don't need a certain product and wanted to switch to the new gen foundation but they still sent the same product in the same color so I just cancelled my subscription cuz I was getting nowhere.

Horrible customer service. Fraudulent charges. No way to contact other than email which goes unanswered repeatedly. FOUR requests for explanation and information received boilerplate non response. Did not address the issue. Very frustrating.
