A spin to see what you can get maybe a free product or % off I also hate that you take a quiz and it automatically adds it to your shopping cart. Products are also alittle more expensive than I would like.

Products are great! Better than my Lancôme and Chanel! But… the web site pushes too hard for auto renewals and subscriptions. I have a prepaid order that I placed by accident almost a year ago because the offer was unclear and I cannot find how much longer it ships and whether it auto renews. More end user control is critical.
I had been looking at these products for a while. I usually purchase high end products and have tried just about everything. Excellent customer support and follow up. Surpassed my expectations!

I opted for the 14 day trial, and was still charged. Disappointed in the customer service, I have not tried the product yet.
I thought i was paying for the try it on for 6.40. That is what the cart said they after I check out my card was charged 76.05 and 41.84. The amount for the try it in was charged at full price and the 41.84 was for something I had in my cart months ago but didn't show back up again until I paid.

Just try to cancel your order after being advised it will take 4+ months to arrive! Ya! Just try because it's not going to happen! Do not even think of ordering from them!

Tried to say I don't need a certain product and wanted to switch to the new gen foundation but they still sent the same product in the same color so I just cancelled my subscription cuz I was getting nowhere.
Horrible customer service. Fraudulent charges. No way to contact other than email which goes unanswered repeatedly. FOUR requests for explanation and information received boilerplate non response. Did not address the issue. Very frustrating.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
