It was easy to order but not sure about skin tone questions. When you have dark skin it is sometimes hard to decide the color. They seem to look darker than they should, but process is easy.

It started great! Only purchased again because I had a gift card this time! They sent me something I wanted to send it back for a refund and they refunded me and told me to keep it as a free gift! Later they charged me for it again after refunding me for it! So was charged anyways! Wouldn't have ordered if I didn't have a gift card! Never giving these people my credit card info again
I've been ordering products for a while and I'm happy with them. The only negative for me is that in spite of giving the best information I have for my skin tone I've been matched to three different shades. Hopefully the one I just ordered will be the one.

I have always had a good experience with Il Makiage but I do not like the hard sell at the end of ordering asking if I want to subscribe for automatic reordering or adding a last minute item to my check out. Otherwise, good experience.
Wanted to buy the first time and they stuck a concealer together with the base and I only wanted one product the base so I didn't buy. Then started getting emails with just the base which is what I wanted and every time I hit buy it said trouble with your credit card can't buy "try for free". Have to buy the full price. That sucks as advertisement that's like sabotaging the order. Then before I could finally buy they stuck me with something else to buy. Then they offered me discounts to buy several months in advance & they stuck me with something else for me to buy with a discount. It was a nightmare getting out of the purchasing process. And I finally closed the email thinking that I just wasn't going to buy anything. Then I got an email thanking me for the order which I had to pay full price on what I wanted and I don't appreciate that because the advertisement was try for 14 days free if you don't like send it back if you like we're charge full price at the end of your 14 day trial. That was the advertisement and that was a lie because that is not what happened with processing disorder. It was a nightmare trying to get what I wanted. Do not appreciate the process of ordering at all!
After trying the foundation I found that it didn't work for me. I communicated this to the company yet they continued to send me products and charge my card for 10 months after telling them to stop.
To be honest, I have been watching and waiting to try this product! I read the reviews and I know that your skin care product line is excellent. Cannot wait until my package comes. I am a retired hairstylist of 40 years and with aging our skin changes Into something we really don't like! But I want to take care of my skin for the rest of my life. That's important to me. Looking forward to receiving my skin care products soon!

The After Party full-coverage foundation is the best thing that entered my life! The saying "a little goes a long way" really applies to how this foundation is to be used. I also use my free gift which is the foundation brush #100 and my make-up is flawless every time! I love the light weight feel for something that is full coverage and it covers everything. Other make-up might have been the right shade but literally felt heavy on my face. Another thing I like about the IL Makiage brand is that it stays on my face and not my clothing. I do not see as much make-up on my garments as my older make-up.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
