I feel you need to give more options like peoples feedback while taking the quiz. For example, I don't believe taking a picture because lighting isn't always 100% and may give the wrong color undertone. Like mine right now, I have a bit of a tan which gives a medium yellow undertone when in fact I have a light pink undertone without a tan. I have dry patches in some parts of my face, as well as oily in other areas.

You should be able to order without doing auto replenish and you cannot do that on your site. There is a section that says skip auto replenish, but nothing happens when you press it. With that being said I do like your products

A close friend of mine suggested this product and I had to check it out for myself. As I began navigating the website, it was very apparent that the product could have some merit. I did like how it was set up and easy to use to get to the final product, especially designed for my skin tone and hair.
I tried to find out how to return an order. It asked for my order number and email. I typed in both & submitted them but nothing happened.
Easy to get info into system, but two things: WHY on earth would you persist to the point of desperation to sell subscriptions before someone makes a commitment to the product? It's really maddening! Also, I think there should be an option at the end, right before your makeup shade is determined, to see one or two shades lighter and darker, for comparison. My shade ended up being 35- my sister has the same one and it's a bit dark and yellow for my skin- if there had been an option for a slightly lighter shade with the same undertone and characteristics of #35, I would have been more inclined to select a different shade. Overall, I am impressed with the product, as I tried my sisters... if I have to return it due to it being too dark, maybe someone could assist me in finding the perfect shade...

I am a bit confused with the "quiz" portion for the self tanner, as there is only one available and it doesn't offer a shade or blend to match. So I felt that a waste of time. I have not purchased any makeup to match my skin yet as I want to test out the two items I did purchase first. Other than that, this review is for my first experience with the online purchase as I have not received the products yet. I do like that you do not have to subscribe to anything if you do not wish to. Big plus!
My order was only for foundation and sonething was added.
I hope this gets fixed. If not I will no longer order from this place.
I used a gift code from going to try il makiage foundation for most of my order, but if i like it i will buy much, much more.
The process for ordering and was very easy. Liked the option of trying out the product and paying when satisfied. Speaks to the company's belief in their product and customer service.
Ordering through Makiage is easy... However if I could make a suggestion ( and maybe it does exist) an APP to download from play store. Anytime I'm in the website and have to go back in email... The page closes. And then I have to relogin in, quite a nuisance. It would be great if site could stay open as a 2nd tab while referring back and forth to emails. Also... I have ordered in the past and earned $10.00 credit as well as another $15.00 e-gift card balance. However both cannot be applied to order. If credit is earned, it should be able to be used before expiring, even if it means both used in same order. Luv the products, can't wait to try my Neck Cream. 😉
