I placed an order with Makiage and attempted to redeem an $15 e-code. While attempting to redeem the $15 e-code I was auto moved to a subscription, and two "add on" items. I didn't want any of this. When I searched the site for instructions to cancel, I learned that cancellation is not possible because the fulfillment process is immediate. I am very disappointed and I am not likely to place another order.
I ordered a set of products for a gift. The return policy was 14 days. I asked for an extension as it was for Christmas. A reply to my request was delayed so I returned it. An il makiage rep reached out to me with an apology and offer to try them again for a perk. I know times with staffing and supplies are tough. At this point I believe the il makiage team served well. The products arrived promptly, were packaged very well, were a generous size, and my subsequent return was handled well. The attempt to rectify my concern was handled well. Customer service seems efficient. I have not had a chance to use the products yet so that review will have to wait. Give them a try.

I agreed to auto reorder subscription in order to get a discount. However, once I was ready to check out the discount was not applied. I emailed customer service and did not receive any assistance. I finally placed the order with no the 20% discount. I was going to place a bigger order but because the discount wasn't applied I decided it to reduce my order to two items instead.
I cannot remember my password - I'm unable to change my phone number and other details. We should have an option for "Forgot Password."

I like some of the products but I received an email with a coupon for completing a survey and another email to turn on auto replenishment. While doing the latter, I was unable to use the coupon code that I received while doing the former. That's frustrating.
I love your products but when I do the automatic delivery on one of my products and I want to add to the delivery you won't allow me to add any product at the 20% off only ones you want to pick for me. The ones you pick for me I do not want and the free full size gift I always get is a black eyeliner and it's such a wastes because I don't use black eyeliner so I have an abundance of them. I have my foundation on auto delivery and it would be nice be able to pick the products I want if not it's better that I take off the auto delivery and just order when I need it because it's not like I can get the products I need or want at a 20% discount.

When offered to upgrade to yearly was still charged the first charge for every 4 months. That should have been omitted right away with the upgraded charge.
What I thought I ordered was not the same as the order confirmation on the email.
I just wanted to order 1 thing and the order process kept throwing up more things to purchase and it was hard to find how to skip or close, so I could simply place my order. Frustrating! I like the products, but do not enjoy ordering them.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
