I was trying to try the "try before you buy" option and I ended up paying the full $140 unauthorized payment now I do not want to buy from you guys ever! Return my money and be careful before you proceed with order!

The convenience of getting my shade matched is amazing. I hate going to the store and being overwhelmed by hundreds of products. Having an online tool that creates a recommendation helps ease the decision fatigue.

Product is so far off of a match. Then when i tried to return they try to upsell you on all these other things and automatically charge u. I ended up purchasing something by accident without even authoirizing a transaction. Immediatly tried to contact for cancelation and i got the run around. Save your time and money

My experience with this product is very bad. My order never came. I spent $65. I will never buy any product from this company.

Selection process was interesting, hoping the shafe is correct! Looking forward to trying, been following for a few yrs now. I usually use IT Cosmetics, open to trying something new. Got the concealer/foundation pack then $20 off which I immediately used on anti-aging face cream. Excited to try this out!

I've been using this makeup line for a while now and I'm very pleased with everything I've purchased. I've used other products for my face but nothing compares to this line of skincare products. You may pay a little more but it's worth it.

The process is easy from finding your right match, to selecting your items and then excellent communication on shipping updates.

I have been waiting for a week and got only one item out of 3, there is no contact number,and they do not respond to my email it's been more the 24 hours but they did take my money.

This foundation is by far the best foundation product out there. It' goes on smooth, smells great and most importantly, it's not heavy. It really does provide maximum coverage. I'm trying their lipstip product next.

I placed order, never received confirmation, yet card was charged. We are 5 days from when the card was charged and it still has not shipped. Contacted rep, whom said it will ship shortly... well what does that mean... what is shortly for them?

I'm livid right now! I just made a purchase for what was supposed to be the trial amount ($9.40), yet instead I was charged 104.90, money I do not have to use on this. How dare your company engage in such unethical practice. I just submitted a request for a complete return of my funds to my account.

I was not happy w/ the products I purchased & I was given a $35 discount code. I thinks that's a great way to keep a customer. I already ordered a new lip gloss to try!

The site was easy to use. I've also used this product in the past and have loved it. It gives me a much better complexion than a lot of foundations I have tried.
