IL Makiage is a great Product that never disappoints. The only downside that I have is I really do t like the names of their products, especially the eye concealer. Silly as it sounds it is just frustrating to have a stupid name that is inappropriate.

I was told all I had to pay was the shipping which was $6 I put my card information in and they charged my card $80. It is Christmas time and they shouldn't scam like that. I have reached out to customer service but have not heard anything back yet. If this isn't resolved I'll take it up with the BBB my bank and my lawyer.
I'm 68. Have dry skin in winter and normal to oily in the summer. I bought my first foundation and they sent exactly the right shade. I just re ordered and te did the survey but the one I got had too much yellow in it. Within 24 hours they contacted me and I sent it back. After a couple of emails they are sending a different shade. It's awesome to have a company that cares. They are extremely helpful and just went above and beyond to insure I have the right shade. So get on the website and try something out. You won't be disappointed.
I kept trying to order the product but your website only gave me the option of trying it. I didn't want to try it as I've tried it before. I only wanted to order. Also I get different color options. Not sure why could have been me.
I ordered the product I wanted but then on the bottom it says 20% off but in tiny writing it's says only if you add on another product. I didn't see that part so I clicked on it and it immediately added on another product for $56 I tried to cancel but it wouldn't let me so I sent an email within 3 minutes and they said it's already been shipped to the wearhouse and couldn't be canceled. I feel like that's a way to trick customers and if they trick you on that what else do they trick you on?

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
