I received an ecoupon, BUT when I try to place reorder (reorder is $36) it won't accept a coupon. You HAVE to place a brand new order (cost is $45) in order to use coupon. Sooo, the coupon is only saving a little bit. NEED to have an option to reorder AND be able to use a coupon. Thank you!

They say you can try the products and just pay shipping and handling. They provide a date you'll be charged the entire amount if choose to keep. However, I was charged the full amount immediately. I requested to to cancel my order. Will update with their response.

Even though there was problems with receiving my order which I don't believe it was there fault more so delivery company and when I reached out they responded very quickly and were very helpful in fixing my problems. Well, I don't know if I'll get my order. The website auto-filled the wrong address. And, unlike every other business that ships, this one does not give you a page to review the information prior to buying, so you can check and make sure everything is correct.
You might want to change that. Some of us with disabilities rely on those pages to review that everything is correct.
I was asked to give review after purchasing and promised a 20.00 gift for next purchase. It did not work. Do not give a review or waste your time as this company does not honor what they promise.
I went to order just the lip plumper and the "add-ons" at check-out are ridiculous. Let us order and then checkout our cart with what we want. I ended up with 2 extra charges that I had no idea I was agreeing to. It's way too much, too confusing. My bank detected fraud and I'm wanting a reimbursement and cancellation for the other. I even have to order a new debit card now. Get a better system for your site.
The concealer is a perfect match! It has a very natural look. Looks like I'm not wearing any makeup. I have very dark circles and the concealer completely covers them. Now, for the foundation, it also is a perfect match and looks just like my skin. I presents a very natural look. I'm completely sold on IL Makiage. BTW, their customer service is top notch!
After trying the suggested shade of foundation, I have decided that the shade was a little too dark. IL Makiage's customer service helped me by suggesting a new shade & shipping it. Incredible! That is how customer service should be. Wonderful!
The container my product came in was damages and did not work. I reported my dissatisfaction to customer service and they have promised to send me a replacement. That is most appreciated
Il makiage is the best makeup brand I have ever used. I am so impressed with the blendability and potency of colors. The color stay lipstick & lip gloss really lasts. The color match of the concealer & foundation is perfectly precise. There isn't a product that I have tried that I didn't like. The customer service is top notch too. I get discounts and free gifts all the time so it is not much more expensive than the makeup bought at the store. I would like them to introduce a BB or CC cream, because I am still using my Neutrogena BB cream on the days I don't feel like putting a full face of make up on for work.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
